I bought these bikes for my wife and I as an anniversary present to us both. The price for what all came with the bike seemed to exceed any other offerings and I researched for a month before purchasing. When the bikes arrived, I was surprised to receive them a full week ahead of expected delivery date. The packing is very well done with padding and foam anywhere there is touch point between parts. There was a small scratch on the rear rack on both bikes, so it seems there is a need for one more piece of foam, but other than that I was very impressed with the way it was packed. All the parts came together perfectly and there were no fitment issues at all. The instructions for assembly could stand a few more pictures, but as a visual learner I ususally feel that way. I was also happy to see the batteries came with a full charge. We are going out for our inaugural ride this weekend and are excited to enter this new chapter of our lives. One thing I would note, the customer service is very friendly and helpful. However, their response time is very slow as was noted by several other customers. But I am hoping for the best. Overall so far, without having taken the bike out yet, I am very impressed with the quality of the parts and the price makes this a great value as long as the bikes perform as expected. Excellent Bike, we got it for our 10 year old son for his birthday and hes been riding it non stop! its not too crazy that he cant handle it, but its also got enough power that hes excited to get on it and go! Great for the price-highly recommend.
