I love this ebike. So far ive ridden around 300 miles or so and have had zero problems. Only draw back ive found is heavy weight( around 80lbs. And the very stiff back shock im only 130lbs and i dont move the shock at all. I thought about replacing with an air shock, but have done nothing to date. Ive ridden on roads, trails, and off-road trails. Handles great and rides pretty smoothly. The dual 1000watt hub motors give itmore than enough power to climb steep hills and give you some speed. Well built, a lot of fun. I’m 70 years old and rode motorcycles for over 50 years. Take your time and get to know the bike.It’s a different animal, but it’s a blast once you get used to it. I love my bike. I would have liked a bit more with more instructions in English. The QR code takes you to a Chinese only site. Bike took an couple of hours to assemble, but well worth the effort. A bit of Locktite would be helpful, the nuts and bolts have a tendency to become loose after riding. Tool kit, air pump, Saddlebag and phone case were all included. What a joy. A bit of a pain to need to be at home to sign for the package. ... show more

    • NO FREE RETURN
NO FREE RETURN!!! I bought this e-bike as a birthday present to my wife with full confidence that for some reason she didn't like it I could return it. Well that is not the case here. Yes you can return it However you must pay for the shipping cost which is almost the cost of the bike itself. In other words you can't return it. One of the features of this bike is that it has a power front wheel hub as well as the rear wheel. There is a red button on the handlebar to turn on or off the front hub. However this is a small design flaw there is no indication either a little red light on the switch because the switch is red nor is there an indicator on the controller when the front hub has turned on. Unfortunately is a bit easy to touch that button and have the front hub on and you would never know it because you cannot feel it turn on. The only way you know the front hub is on is that when you stop the bike and you turn the throttle on the front wheel will try to move forward otherwise you'll never know that it's on and if it's on by accident you'll be draining your battery like crazy. Another issue I have with the seller and the website is that it indicates very clearly that this 24-in bike which is one of the few 24 inches mountain bikes on the market, can accommodate men and women from 5'2 up to a little over 6 ft tall. My wife is 5'2 and weighs 115 lb. This bike is too tall for her and I think that Amazon and the seller should change that parameter to either 5'3 or 5'4 which is more appropriate for this bike. Though it says it's 24-in tires the actual size is 26 and 1/2 because that is the extra size of the tire. This seems to be a normal practice with the mountain e-bikes. My wife purchased an e-bike for me at Christmas and it states that it's a 26-in bike but in reality it's 28 and a half. I'm 6 ft tall and the standard 26-in mountain bike is just fine for me though I wouldn't mind having the handlebars being adjustable so they could raise it up a few inches it's still okay. I have found some extenders online where I can raise the handlebar It would be nice though if all of these e-bikes just like a standard bike would have an adjustable handlebar that could be raised. The seller was very eager to solve the problem and was easy to contact I give them kudos for that but the bottom line is they are not going to be able to solve the problem and they don't seem to want to change their information on the website. I do hope they make that modification to the bike they say they claim they can add on the controller a little indicator showing that the front motor is on and I think that would be a great improvement. I'll just say this... If you buy this bike you're going to have to keep it because you're not going to be able to return it be aware. ... show more

I was shipper to a wrong address, FedEx was horrible at their customer care department. By the time I received the bike it was damaged by FedEx. The seller was awesome resolving the problem and shipped me the replacement parts. This bike is very powerful and fast and scared me during my first ride. Amazon was tradeable disturbing and did very little if anything helping me with my issue. ... show more

This is my 9 month update review. Bike showed up fast. I bought it in July 16th 2024 got it July 20 2025, was freaking awesome from the start and a blast. Until it started to act weird not even 3 months later. The battery would just completely die after 5 mins riding and use to go 40 mph couldn't even do 25 mph so I reached out to them and also they wanted to communicate over email instead of on the Amazon website so I can send em pics of the problems and had to send then over and over again and they kept telling me they want the same pics I already sent em from the start at least 8 times, I think there's a major communication problems like talking to a rock. Tons of emails back and forth with no correction, then the screen started to make poping electric sound with smell and the entire bike stopped working on my way to work at 2am. The lights, horn, electric start,throttle and also the 2 tire motor 2 box converter died and stopped working. So I reached out yet again to tell them what else had happened and they wanted me to send a video so I did and on the 2nd time i sent the video they said that they will send me some things to hopefully correct the problem and sent me the cheapest parts such as cords 1 converter out of 2 that's needed and a throttle. Bike still doesn't work and I reached out yet again thro the email and they sent me a snarky email back saying to take it to a electric bike Shop. Which brings me to the warranty and this is definitely not a warranty fix at all I been waiting for several months to get this problem taking care of from this bs warranty they don't honor i got a paper weight from these people and they won't fix a damn thing and now they won't respond to anything I send them that I want a new working bike with my warranty they guarantee according to the site or get my money back. Still being ignored and it's now April 2025 and to the point of getting legal help with this situation. ... show more
