I have own the Vivi FM20UL ebike 2 and a half months and it's all good. I ride my ebike about 4X a week and so far so good. I weight 220lbs and my ebike handles well so if you worrying about your weight 265lbs is all good. The battery is decent disc brakes haven't been any problem. The weight of the ebike is a little issue if you need to carry it up the stairs, Don't get me wrong it's doable. As for my girl I have pimped her out with 2 mirrors, wider soft seat, signal lights 🚥 also hand-grenade tire valve caps and phone holder. I already have a heavy 93lb. ebike that can do 32-36mph. I wanted something not too heavy that folds. On this bike, top speed was not needed. My priority was foldability so that it could fit in a small car. This ebike is lightweight and fits in my Fiat 500e (rear seat delete mod). I knew of the speed limit of 20mph so I was ok with that. I removed one star due to the peddle assist. I don't like it. You have to peddle 3-5 times before it kicks in power and when it does, it jerks. This happens during takeoff and while peddling. It won't do the jerk if you peddle at a consistent rate but I prefer to just peddle with assist off or simply use the throttle. I love the look of this bike. I've modded it a bit, but overall, it's a nice bike and served it's intended purpose well. I've had it a couple of months and if I had to buy it all over again, I would. ... show more

I am about 6-8 months into ownership in a very urban area with famously bad roads. This bike is great and I would recommend it to anyone. Easy to assemble, fats charging, great battery life, and now that I found out how to shut off the speed limiter, its faster and even more fun. I ride this from my house to the french quarter at least once a week and it works perfect, is super fun, easier than an Uber and I just can say enough good things about it. For the price, I cannot believe a better option exists. Its really good if you live somewhere with a lot of events that can get crwoded and make a ride share home difficult. Just cruise on in and out with this bad boy and make life easy. 5 stars ... show more

My 17 year old bought this to give him more time to save up for a car... he's been really enjoying using this as a way to get to work and has gotten a lot of comments on how nice it looks. I rode the bike too and it has nice pick up and was a ton of fun to ride. I'm 5'1" and it worked well for my small frame but adjust to fit larger people too - most of the other ebikes I have looked at start at 5'4" height suggestions. He's taken it back and forth to work a few times and still haven't had to charge it (3.5 miles trip each way).
