I got this as a degree of freedom from a 3 month stay at a hotel on assigment in LA. I've ridden the Hollywood Hills and even gone to the top of Griffith Park with it. The streets are rough but the only causality was the headlight (flashed and then failed- the only issue!). Do wish it came with folding pedals but I had a spare set. Just routine maintenance... great deal! Battery can handle hills and mixed speeds well - i estimate 40 miles with mixed low/high/unpowered use. ... show more

I already have a heavy 93lb. ebike that can do 32-36mph. I wanted something not too heavy that folds. On this bike, top speed was not needed. My priority was foldability so that it could fit in a small car. This ebike is lightweight and fits in my Fiat 500e (rear seat delete mod). I knew of the speed limit of 20mph so I was ok with that. I removed one star due to the peddle assist. I don't like it. You have to peddle 3-5 times before it kicks in power and when it does, it jerks. This happens during takeoff and while peddling. It won't do the jerk if you peddle at a consistent rate but I prefer to just peddle with assist off or simply use the throttle. I love the look of this bike. I've modded it a bit, but overall, it's a nice bike and served it's intended purpose well. I've had it a couple of months and if I had to buy it all over again, I would. ... show more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Bent parts the taillight didn't work and they sent another and it didn't work either so they wanted me to video it not working. It was a two week process that never got fixed and Amazon didn't help either after promising to make it right. Wanted to charge me the shipping to send it back. BUYER BEWARE! THERES 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THIS BIKE! I bought this bike thinking they were going to give me the version with the rear suspension and skinny tires. They gave me the FAT tire version with no rear suspension. The seller should really take off that video if they’re not selling that model anymore. The bike isn’t even petite.
