First off, I love when you order something online and have that few days of anticipation. It’s the closest thing to what Christmas felt like as a kid. To pull in from a rough day at work and see that Christmas come early? 🙌🏼 A full 3 days earlier than the estimated 7 day ship time. Packaged very well, with clear and easy to follow instructions. I was ready to roll in less than 30 minutes after I cut the first strap. The bike is actually really really good looking. Derek Zoolander would approve. Those are not decals in the photos. That is the actual paint job. Another aspect that blew me away was the quality of the parts. I also have a $600 Ebike, which out of the box needed lots of tuning and adjustments. After some light assembly, the Qnut bike shifts and brakes perfectly. The drive train and gear shifting parts, including the chain and brakes, look like they are off a much nicer bike. The wheels run true and everything that is supposed to be lubricated, was. They took great care with it before this bike left the warehouse. Makes me feel like other manufacturers/sellers are really jacking up their products prices, or this company has an in with their parts supplier. The motor will only kick in after you are rolling a bit. Which is great. I don’t know how many times I have forgotten to turn off my other bike and accidentally bumped the throttle or kicked a pedal - resulting in the bike lunging away from me like a dog after the neighbors cat. The display is nice and bright and easy to figure out. The motor is quieter than my more expensive bike, and has more torque it feels like. Having got this bike on sale, only magnified its value. For the price of a regular bike you would get from Walmart, you can upgrade to this sleek bad boy. If you are just getting started with E-bikes are looking for it as a gift: you can stop your research here. The only way to really know if it is for you is to dive in and get one. Speaking from experience. In all my research and comparisons, I couldn’t recommend a better launching point than this bike. For the price point, I couldn’t recommend it enough. When you decide to invest more or upgrade, keep this bike so you have a buddy to share the trails with. Thats my plan. I have a feeling It will last longer than my other bike anyways. I like the look of this bike; it looks like a traditional styled multi speed unit. It has multiple modes for riding; you can just pedal like a normal bicycle, you can use the electric motor to assist you from five varying speeds, or you can use just the electric motor. It was simple to put together with only a few steps. One tip that you might consider is to leave the handlebar bolts loose until you get through with assembly and then tighten them down to make sure they are on straight. The bike is a blast to ride. I was able to go almost twenty miles on a full charge of the battery and I was using mostly all electric motor power. My bike had a top speed of 21.3 mph on a flat road. I am impressed with the life of the battery. The bike takes roughly three hours to fully charge from a dead state. I rode the bike on pavement, concrete pavers, grass, sand, and clay and the bike rode well on every surface. The bike handled small inclines with ease and steeper inclines with pedaling included. The only negative is that one bumpy roads the ride is a bit rough. Also, the seat is quite firm but it is comfortable. I would recommend this bike to anyone. It is a great value! ... show more

Do not purchase. This bike is decent enough but wore down after 3 months of extremely moderate use. The rims and tires are not strong enough to support the weight of the bike so any bumps, curbs or similarly normal wear and tear damage the rims to the point the tires no longer inflate. Unfortunately their customer service and support is not helpful either, they repeatedly asked the same questions without acknowledging or address responses that included images they requested. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or not, but it doesn't matter - we appear to be stuck with a non-operational bike. ... show more

I bought the QNUT e-bike looking for a solid, durable bike with enough power for the hills around Seattle. Definitely got what I was looking for. The actual assembly process took me about an hour, mostly involving attaching the handlebars, mounting the front wheel, and installing the pedals. I did need to make some fine adjustments to the front brake alignment and shifter positioning to get everything dialed in perfectly, but nothing too technical. Check out the time-lapse I made of the process The frame size is medium. Both me and my 10-year-old can ride the bike comfortably by just adjusting the saddle height. The pedal assist works great. You can choose between pedal assist and throttle, and the level of assistance is easily adjustable. I'm 210 pounds and it accelerates to 20MPH quickly on flat ground. It also helps a lot going up hills. On a steeper hill it feels like about half my effort and half the bike's. Hills that used to leave me winded are now just part of the ride. Better than I expected for a 350W motor. The motor is smooth and isn't loud, just a pleasant hum. The bike feels stable and the front suspension absorbs the bumps. The gears shift smoothly, although the shift levers are a bit hard to turn. Range seems good. On flat ground I have ridden it up to 15 miles and there was enough battery left for more. The charger is lightweight and easy to carry, and it comes with two keys for locking the battery to the bike. For anyone looking for a reliable e-bike that can handle varied terrain, the QNUT Victor offers very good value. ... show more

We bought the QNUT Electric Bike (350W, 26”) as a gift for our preteens, and they absolutely love it! We chose the red, and the color with the accents looks amazing in person. The size of the bike is perfect. It’s functional and It was easy to assemble and simple for them to operate, which made the whole experience stress-free. The shipping was a bit on the higher side, but honestly, the quality of the bike more than makes up for it. For an electric bike at this price point, it’s still a really great deal. What a Fischer this purchase has been zero customer service condescending and insulting customer service the bike could be amazing but the owners at qnut are crooks in my opinion I tryed to send it back less than 10 days after purchase because it said throttle from a stop including Amazon's a.i alexia. Then when I tryed to the qnut jobs tryed to get me to pay for shipping at 150 to 300 dollars I told them my counter offer would be refund me 150 back and I would just keep it after beeing lied to. They refused. Expected me to spend 300 dollars on shipping it back after it was described completely wrong after 4 f calls to Amazon with no resolve I finally asked for a manager. They offered a 100 dollar refund. To keep the bike I accepted. But do not allow qnut goons to sway you if its not what you think by description because its a huge hassle. And they sandbagged trying to stall it past the 30 days so they wouldn't have to honor my return. This company doesn't care about losing customers because they obviously think they are so big nobody can touch them. My opinion. If I had the money to waste and time to sit on 300 dollar bill and wait for my refund up to 10 days I woulda sent it back but there was no way I was going to allow them to dictate that I needed to pay shipping. ... show more

Very fun! I bought this bike for my husband for Christmas. It took awhile to put it together but it wasn’t that hard and pretty straightforward. The bike seat isn’t that comfortable but in my experience with bikes, most hurt after a while anyways. It’s very fast. He wanted it to just stroll around our neighborhood and to pull our toddler son in seat with wheels. On just the first power level, we can pull him with ease. So theres a lot of power. My husband is also 225 lbs and 6’1 and usually only keeps the bike at level 1 power. ... show more
