Missing pieces . I also have to take it to a bike repair shop to fix it. The handlebars and the neck do not align with the wheel no matter how tight I made it it still misaligns when you turn . Very dangerous. When I contacted the seller, they said to make a unboxing video and how can I make a unboxing video when I had already pulled the contents out of the box to inspect them. They offer $20 for my hassles even though I’ll be paying over $100 to get this fixed. next time I’ll order off wine very disappointed with this on top of the wheels. Look nothing like the size wheels on the picture. These wheels are not wide as the pitcher leads you to believe. They are skinny wheels. ... show more

Bike came with a bad front tire and damaged light switch. Contacted the company and sent pictures. They were quick to respond and sent replacement parts. Very happy with the bike and customer service.

Pretty good bike. battery isn’t the greatest I have to charge it daily. It only reaches about 15 mph max unless going down hill. Besides that overall is a decent bike.
