This e-bike is well built but there is things to consider before you purchase one . # 1 : The black bike does not have a sealer over flat black paint ( Clear Coat ) . #2: Not much of a warranty . #3: Bike comes 90% together but you have to go over every single bolt and nut . Torque to specifications provided in owner’s manual and I recommend blue lock tight because the hardware does not have lock washers . #4: Detailed inspection required to ensure that pre assembled fitting and hardware is properly fitted and secured. #5: Tires and rims assembled by manufacturer are not true . Note : if you don’t know how to true wheel assemblies you will have to bring bike to a bicycle shop. #6: Replacement battery pack is priced at $700.00 plus dollars per unit so consider this for the future. Reliability remains to be determined, it’s my first one . Manufacture has been very good about addressing missing or damaged parts and components. This bike is built with technology that exceeds a standard bicycle and requires care to maintain proper operation and safety for longevity. It’s clear that the most expensive parts of this bike is the electronics, electric motors, and battery . I reported the problem to the manufacture concerning the truing of the rotating wheels and they advised me to bring bicycle to a local bicycle shop and have it fixed ,they would reimburse me for the repairs and to provide a receipt. I am very pleased with the manufacturer response regarding issues with assembly. ... show more

I love this e-bike. It performs just as advertised and the assembly was simple and way to do. I was able to get speeds up to 50 mph and goes up the San Francisco hills without any problems. Just be warned that there was no advertisement. I went through Amazon and the buyer. I wasn't told it was the third party that I was buying from, and the third party puts a sign delivery, and because it goes to a third party. If you use Amazon tracking system for your purchase, they don't connect it to FedEx or U. P. S for you to get the proper updates? And I missed my package, and if you miss it a second time, especially getting a spike that's over a £100. And you don't have a truck, you have to go pick it up. So make sure hey, you understand that you have to be home and they can show up any day, wanting a signature for the bike, when it gets delivered, it was a piece of the back Fender, broken off the headlight was halfway, popped out, I had a push it back in myself. Other than that so far, the bike is nice. It rides nice. I just don't know how long it's gonna last but for now, it's only been 5 days since I've owned it rides. Nice, so far. ... show more
