I love this e-bike. It performs just as advertised and the assembly was simple and way to do. I was able to get speeds up to 50 mph and goes up the San Francisco hills without any problems. This e-bike is well built but there is things to consider before you purchase one . # 1 : The black bike does not have a sealer over flat black paint ( Clear Coat ) . #2: Not much of a warranty . #3: Bike comes 90% together but you have to go over every single bolt and nut . Torque to specifications provided in owner’s manual and I recommend blue lock tight because the hardware does not have lock washers . #4: Detailed inspection required to ensure that pre assembled fitting and hardware is properly fitted and secured. #5: Tires and rims assembled by manufacturer are not true . Note : if you don’t know how to true wheel assemblies you will have to bring bike to a bicycle shop. #6: Replacement battery pack is priced at $700.00 plus dollars per unit so consider this for the future. Reliability remains to be determined, it’s my first one . Manufacture has been very good about addressing missing or damaged parts and components. This bike is built with technology that exceeds a standard bicycle and requires care to maintain proper operation and safety for longevity. It’s clear that the most expensive parts of this bike is the electronics, electric motors, and battery . I reported the problem to the manufacture concerning the truing of the rotating wheels and they advised me to bring bicycle to a local bicycle shop and have it fixed ,they would reimburse me for the repairs and to provide a receipt. The bike is a joy to ride. Incredible power with quick stopping capability. The rear shock makes a ton of difference when your traveling on uneven terrain. The 24 inch tires give you great stability and control. Single motor mode allows for long commuting while still offering good power. While dual motor mode will allow you to traverse virtually any incline with ease.Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with regarding a product I've purchased from a company.
