Let me start by saying that the bike is great! We received the bike much faster than expected, which was a major bonus since it was for my son’s birthday. We had a major issue when it arrived (the motor didn’t work so the electric portion of the bike was unable to be utilized). However, we contacted their customer service and explained the issue (provided the error code and pictures). They responded very quickly instructing us to try a few things, which unfortunately didn’t work. At that time they put in a request to have a new motor sent to us. They were very apologetic about the issue and offered a $50 credit for the hassle. The motor took time to arrive (had to clear customs) and they did provide instructions, but ultimately we were unable to install the replacement ourselves. We took it to a local bike repair shop that had it replaced quickly (unfortunate it cost me an extra $80-ish to have done). Once the motor was replaced, the bike worked GREAT! No issues at all. I will say this, the description indicated a height range for 4’8” and up which we thought was perfect since my teenager is short (4’10”), but when the wheels were put on, it was a bit tall for him. That said, he’s been able to ride and get on/off with no problems. It seems very durable - he has ridden it many places on several different terrains with no issues! The weight limit is great (like 305lb)! With that said, he’s had many adventures in it and no issues with the brakes! He did pop a tire (something got in it on an adventure), but we had that replaced quickly and it’s to be expected with use of any bike like this. My son loves the way it looks (he’s added a face plate to cover the wires in front) and is excited to ride it! He says the seat is very comfortable (it’s long, too, so he can fit someone small behind him if needed). The electric panel that shows how fast he’s riding is very easy to read and is not distracting while riding. He also loves that the battery is removable and comes with a lock so that it can’t get stolen. The other thing he’s really grateful for is the NFC tag, without it, the electric portion will not turn on, which also deters theft). The customer service team has been kind and has been working with me to process a refund for the cost of replacing the motor since it was broken upon arrival. I would absolutely purchase this brand again!

Excellent bike! It looks fantastic and rides incredibly well. It’s fast, smooth, and very comfortable to ride. The bike is quite heavy, but assembly was not difficult. It’s not the kind of bike you can easily load in and out of a car, but for riding, it’s absolutely fantastic. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

this is a great first bike, i’ve had it for maybe a little over a month and i’ve gotten about 330 miles on it so far. i’m about 125 i’ve gotten the speed up to 33mph on flat ground and over 35pmh+ down hill i’ve also made it about 35miles in one ride going about 25mph the whole time. i’m about 5’4 and my feet touch perfectly on the ground. the tires are perfect for bike trails, roads, or even just path ways. i also have used it in th rain but i wouldn’t recommend as it can mess up our battery. (it hasn’t snowed yet so haven’t been able to try it out in snow). this bike came with 2 different types of phone holders and a bike pump as well as some glasses. i would highly recommend this bike for anyone just getting into e-bikes or just wants something to ride around on.

What a great e-bike! I got this for my 15 year old son as a gift and he loves riding it. The battery life is great, the assembly was a breeze and the size is perfect for his age and size. It’s been very reliable so far and I’m so glad I purchased it for him.

It’s A Awesome Electric Bike . The assembly for the bike is very simple took me about 20mins to put the e-bike together , the seat is very comfort for riders 150lbs and up the size of the bike is much bigger in person the battery life of the e-bike last longer when pedal assist is enabled. The stability for the bike rides good. I wouldn’t recommend riding this as a dirt bike this bike is just meant for commuting to work , store , relatives home, etc. As I Said I Wouldn’t Ride This EBike on dirt bike trails anything to do with jumps.. top speed is 34 when unlock but using full throttle the bike will last 15-20miles. Without throttle it will last 60-70miles depending on the rider.

Great bike for the price.It has plenty of power, the battery lasts a long time, and the fat tires make the ride smooth on both roads and trails. I also like the NFC unlock feature.it’s quick and convenient. The bike feels solid, was easy to put together, and has been a lot of fun to ride.
