I am completely in love with this e-bike! For the price and specs, nothing else on the market even comes close. We have been really happy with this e-bike! We’ve ridden it all over town and haven’t had any issues with it. It’s very comfortable to ride, easy to use, and has plenty of power. We’ve really enjoyed having it and have already gotten a lot of use out of it. It’s very comfortable, and I like the NFC key makes me feel safe having it parked if I have to leave it to charge. It looks really cool. Great e-bike for the price. Definitely a great purchase and we would recommend it!

Very disappointing experience — serious reliability and customer-service concerns I purchased a DTTZH F6 48V e-bike on Amazon in January 2026 for my son. Unfortunately, my experience with the bike and the company's after-sales support has been extremely frustrating. The main issue occurred with the battery. The battery stopped working and the bike would not power on. After troubleshooting and voltage testing, DTTZH determined that the battery switch wiring was the likely problem and said they would send a replacement switch cable. Unfortunately, the replacement cable they sent did not have compatible connectors. I explained multiple times that the connectors could not physically be connected. They ultimately suggested cutting the connectors off and splicing the wires together. I was uncomfortable with modifying/splicing wiring inside an e-bike battery, particularly because this bike is being used by my son. I made that concern very clear to DTTZH. After following their instructions and making the splice, the battery lights came back on and the bike became operational. However, I am not comfortable allowing my son to ride with a battery that has been modified this way. Splicing wires can create a short circuit hazard. There are numerous reports of ebike fires, I am not willing to risk my family safety. DTTZH eventually offered either to repair the battery if I shipped it back or sell me another battery at half price. They also offered $40 goodwill compensation if I continued using the spliced wiring. What makes this especially frustrating is that this has gone on for months, during which my son has had very little opportunity to use the bike. The issue has required repeated troubleshooting, photographs, voltage measurements, multiple replacement parts, and ultimately a wiring modification. My biggest concern isn't that a component failed. Mechanical and electrical components can fail. The problem is how the failure was handled and the solutions that were offered. Receiving the wrong replacement connector twice and ultimately being instructed to cut and splice battery wiring is not the type of repair experience I expected from a new e-bike. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing this bike for a child or anyone who expects reliable long-term support and straightforward replacement parts. My experience: the bike may be fine when it works, but the reliability and after-sales support have been a major disappointment.

Let me start by saying that the bike is great! We received the bike much faster than expected, which was a major bonus since it was for my son’s birthday. We had a major issue when it arrived (the motor didn’t work so the electric portion of the bike was unable to be utilized). However, we contacted their customer service and explained the issue (provided the error code and pictures). They responded very quickly instructing us to try a few things, which unfortunately didn’t work. At that time they put in a request to have a new motor sent to us. They were very apologetic about the issue and offered a $50 credit for the hassle. The motor took time to arrive (had to clear customs) and they did provide instructions, but ultimately we were unable to install the replacement ourselves. We took it to a local bike repair shop that had it replaced quickly (unfortunate it cost me an extra $80-ish to have done). Once the motor was replaced, the bike worked GREAT! No issues at all. I will say this, the description indicated a height range for 4’8” and up which we thought was perfect since my teenager is short (4’10”), but when the wheels were put on, it was a bit tall for him. That said, he’s been able to ride and get on/off with no problems. It seems very durable - he has ridden it many places on several different terrains with no issues! The weight limit is great (like 305lb)! With that said, he’s had many adventures in it and no issues with the brakes! He did pop a tire (something got in it on an adventure), but we had that replaced quickly and it’s to be expected with use of any bike like this. My son loves the way it looks (he’s added a face plate to cover the wires in front) and is excited to ride it! He says the seat is very comfortable (it’s long, too, so he can fit someone small behind him if needed). The electric panel that shows how fast he’s riding is very easy to read and is not distracting while riding. He also loves that the battery is removable and comes with a lock so that it can’t get stolen. The other thing he’s really grateful for is the NFC tag, without it, the electric portion will not turn on, which also deters theft). The customer service team has been kind and has been working with me to process a refund for the cost of replacing the motor since it was broken upon arrival. I would absolutely purchase this brand again!
