Let me start by saying that the bike is great! We received the bike much faster than expected, which was a major bonus since it was for my son’s birthday. We had a major issue when it arrived (the motor didn’t work so the electric portion of the bike was unable to be utilized). However, we contacted their customer service and explained the issue (provided the error code and pictures). They responded very quickly instructing us to try a few things, which unfortunately didn’t work. At that time they put in a request to have a new motor sent to us. They were very apologetic about the issue and offered a $50 credit for the hassle. The motor took time to arrive (had to clear customs) and they did provide instructions, but ultimately we were unable to install the replacement ourselves. We took it to a local bike repair shop that had it replaced quickly (unfortunate it cost me an extra $80-ish to have done). Once the motor was replaced, the bike worked GREAT! No issues at all. I will say this, the description indicated a height range for 4’8” and up which we thought was perfect since my teenager is short (4’10”), but when the wheels were put on, it was a bit tall for him. That said, he’s been able to ride and get on/off with no problems. It seems very durable - he has ridden it many places on several different terrains with no issues! The weight limit is great (like 305lb)! With that said, he’s had many adventures in it and no issues with the brakes! He did pop a tire (something got in it on an adventure), but we had that replaced quickly and it’s to be expected with use of any bike like this. My son loves the way it looks (he’s added a face plate to cover the wires in front) and is excited to ride it! He says the seat is very comfortable (it’s long, too, so he can fit someone small behind him if needed). The electric panel that shows how fast he’s riding is very easy to read and is not distracting while riding. He also loves that the battery is removable and comes with a lock so that it can’t get stolen. The other thing he’s really grateful for is the NFC tag, without it, the electric portion will not turn on, which also deters theft). The customer service team has been kind and has been working with me to process a refund for the cost of replacing the motor since it was broken upon arrival. I would absolutely purchase this brand again!

This is a blast to ride, but it does have a few drawbacks. 1. The speedometer is off. It runs 3 mph slower than shown which also throws off the mileage. 2. The seat isn’t the best. 3. Tires are cheap and I replaced them pretty quickly with better inner tubes and street tires. 4. It does do 41mph without anyone on it. I’m 187 pounds and it tops out at 34 mph which is really 31 mph. That’s fast enough for me on a bike. 5. Customer service is good but only responds by email within 24 hours Overall, this is a cool bike once you add some mirrors, and flashing lights for visibility. The motion key start up is cool too. It is a very heavy duty build and is heavy as hell. It rides very smoothly with street tires and is very maneuverable. Pretty easy to assemble the front wheel, headlight, and handlebar assembly which took about an hour. I’m 70 years old and this bike made me feel like a kid again. I wish these were around when I was a teen. The girls would have been all over me! If I did it again, I’d get the red one.

This bike is functional so far, though we have only had it for about a week, and there is already almost 100 miles on it!! Its power, speed, and battery all are great. The seat and suspension are also very comfortable. Also the customer service was very quick and helpful in adjusting the max speed, and about changing the bikes code. The only complaint I have is that the disc brakes are a bit squeaky even after decontaminating them, but overall a great purchase, very pleased! Thank you DTTZH! update: Had for a month now, bike is still going strong, but just recently the rear tire popped. However, the company has been very helpful, and they are sending us a new inner tube.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the DTTZH F6/F6S/F6PRO Electric Bike. The bike itself is fantastic. It is well-built, powerful, and super smooth to ride. The NFC and password unlock features are a great touch and make it feel modern and secure. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. I had a small issue with the battery, and their support team was amazing. They responded quickly, walked me through everything clearly, and got the issue resolved without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product this well. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Great bike, excellent performance, and truly outstanding customer support. I'm no expert on e-bikes and this was the first one I've purchased, but being that it was a gift for my teenage son for Christmas, I researched the heck out of it and many others to make sure I was getting a safe, well made, and quality product. And that's exactly what I received. It arrived in plenty of time and was very well packed. There were some usual scuffs and scrapes on the box but the contents inside were unharmed and complete. It did arrive with some assembly needed, but it was straightforward and easy to understand with the included instructions. Upon receiving the bike, my son was beyond thrilled and he loves it. We bought him a helmet and he is on the thing every single day. My one issue, was that the kickstand broke (possibly a stress fracture???) and being that I wasn't there when it happened to see if it was my son's neglect or just a defect, I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase a new one. They thanked me for my purchase and offered to ship me a new one free of charge and I couldn't be more thankful. They have also followed up with me to let me know that the replacement parts hadn't arrived yet but when they did, they would send me one ASAP. That's excellent customer service, in my opinion. I have referred a few people to this exact bike and SIX of his friends have now purchased the same one based on our referral. If you're like me and spend countless hours researching your bigger purchases, then definitely consider this bike. Not only is it one of the cheaper priced bikes in it's category, but the quality and customer service make it one of the best purchases you can make. I am beyond impressed with this bike! I’ve been riding the 60V model, and it easily hits 45 mph, which gives me more than enough power to keep up with local street traffic safely. It’s an absolute blast taking it off the trails, and the range has been excellent so far. I constantly get compliments on the design; it has a really cool stealth factor that stands out without being flashy. If the 60V is outside your budget, I highly recommend their 1500W model. It tops out at 33 mph, which is honestly plenty of speed for the average rider or a teenager looking for their first high-quality e-bike. Total game changer!
