Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. Overall, GET THIS BIKE!!

For what I paied for it it's amazing. I work about 15 miles from home and it gets me to work in about 30-60 minutes on the totally flat beach drive, maintaining an average speed of about 26-27mph (I've not validated the speedometers accuracy) in throttle only mode. It's comfortable for short durations but the padding feels a little too thin for me (I'm 240lb) so the padding flattens out making it feel like I sit on almost bare metal, and it can cut circulation if I sit too long. But for the price it came mostly together, extra innertubes, tools and after reapulstering and upgrading the battery this will be my every day ride. 😎 Update 4 months later: Ive upgraded the batter and validated the speed to be about a max of 25mph when it says 28 but now with the new battery holds at 25 the whole ride. I've put about 3k miles on it and it still runs great, little raggid but for the price and miles that motor should have died ages ago. Great product for the price.

Final update: Customer services pretty good. They tried to get me up and running. Instead I had to take the bike to a shop and have them put a new/different controller in. They did the rewiring and all things necessary to get moving. Weeks have gone by working on this thing. Looks good though Another update: So, I received the parts that was ment correct my issue. The only problem is the access to the cables ment to be replaced. The wiring is protected within the frame of the bike. Which is smart if the bike is working. But, as in my case I need to run wires through the frame. A frame with very little in the way of access. I'll have to fish the cord through a section incased in metal, to hopefully get this bike working. I just sent a message requesting to return this bike. It's a shame, I want to like this bike. It looks great, sits comfortably but good luck working on. Placements of screws and the wiring within the frame makes it a chore to pull apart and work on. SLIGHT UPDATE: Customer services has reached out, trouble shot one problem and now they are sending a replacement part. With any luck this is the fix. Maybe I'll get some assistance here but my frustration level is high. The bike is put together and looks good. Battery has power wires all connected, but this Eo4 error will not allow me to throttle up or assist in pending the bike. There are many ways to reach out to customer service but so far no luck. It's a 1 star until I get it help from someone, I've already requested a return. If someone reaches out before then I'll update this. If that help works I'll update this. Highly frustrated with this.

This bike is fast, cool looking, handles well even in the snow if you could believe it, and it’s durable! The setup process is a bit involved but once you get it together and on the road you won’t doubt your decision. I got two flats before on the rear tire but if you put an inner tube guard in the back tire you’ll never get a flat again unless you ride over a river of rusty nails lol. And for an extra $50 it’s worth it to guarantee this bike lasts that much longer for you. I ride this bike to and from work everyday and I gotta say I get a bunch of compliments and questions on it because this is not your normal city e scooter or bike it’s leagues above it. I will be dropping a video on my YouTube channel (extra long shorts) detailing my experience with the bike and what it’s like riding it so be on the look out for that!

Great deal. You get what you pay for, but this bike is a blast. The breaks are already shot but I haven’t been easy on her. I weigh 200 lbs and the top speed is still 29mph. She isn’t governed so if you’re feeling frosty, tap the throttle or the break to disengage the drive when you’re going down a hill. I maxed out at 41mph. Battery life so far is good, probably around 40 miles flat, 25-30 with hills. It’s heavy but that’s a good thing because off road performance is great. Fat tires ar helpful. When you put it together, make sure you pay attention to the tubes. She’s easy to ride but not as easy to maintain. Multiple bike repair shops have turned me away because they don’t know the bike. The worst part was the instructions. You guys need to upgrade those installation instructions. They are terrible. Look up installation on YouTube. Problem solved. Definitely worth every penny though.

My son loves this bike. It wasn't too hard to assemble. You need 2 people for stability obviously but other than that, easy. It comes with tools, extra break pads and everything you need for assembly. It gets to about 23 mph without any modifications. Nothing about it wasn't as described, it fits all of thw stats and we've had it for about 6 months now and its still running great.

So first off. Shipping was fast. I got it several days before I expected it. Package was in good condition. On opening it was easy to unpack. All of the tools and extra gear was accounted for. It came with a combo lock, hand pump and a phone holder. The tools 4 Allen L wrenches 2 small multi wrenches and a few extra brake pads. There is a card in the tool pocket that has simple programming instructions for the controller. The manual is detailed and comprehensive . Color pictures and readable text that is easy to understand. Luckily I watched several unboxing and saved myself a headache. The wires that go from the frame to handle bars are fed through the shocks in a way that it makes it impossible to turn the wheel. Remove the handle bar mount and pull off the top Gide of the shocks. 2 spacers on top and 2 on the bottom. After putting that off the proper way to run the wires is obvious. Also the tires are flat on unboxing. Check everything to make sure things are tight and I mean every screw and nut. The chane is dry it needs lube. There is an app you can download to link your phone to the bike’s controller. Assembling and fine tuning everything took around 2 hours. Ok now for the ride. 5 pas modes with cruise control on when you start it up. I’m around 250 so with a little room I hit 26-27 mph fairly quick. Take off on throttle takes 1-3 sec to go. On braking other cruise control cuts off. The peak 1000w rear hub motor provides enough power to climb decent inclines and hills at 10-18 mph pretty consistently. Stopping is where this bike lacks. The weight almost 100 lbs And mechanical disk breaks feel a little squishy. Give yourself extra time to slow down and also anticipate slow throttle up. It’s pretty snappy turning and it well balanced. At speed I was comfortably able to go a few hundred feet no hands and there was no drift or wobble.The suspension is dual but basic but for the price no complaints.It has a very bright head lamp with running lights and a tail light with turn signals.So pros: fast shipping, cheap and comes with many extras, turn signals, 15ah battery, dual suspension, disk brakes, color led interface, and a loud horn. Cons: brakes mechanical are lacking, heavy 90-100lb with both batteries, Slow take off weak low end torque hub motor.
