Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband has a Surron and was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. 5/8 EDIT The support department is absolutely stellar. I was in communication with Lynn from the start of my battery issue and she quickly got me a new battery. After receiving the new battery, she followed up to ensure my issue was resolved. With the new battery, I can get 30 miles on strictly electric (not pedaling at all). I highly recommend this bike. 4/26 EDIT I have been in communication with the manufacturer via email and we have determined my battery is in fact defective. They have been extremely easy to communicate with and respond daily, which is a huge positive for the warranty if I ever need to use it. I will update my review once I receive the new battery. First off, the bike feels amazing to ride. Assembly was overall pretty simple, it's easy to use, it looks really slick and it rides smooth. I think I received a defective battery though. My friend and I went out on our first ride today and after only 8 miles I was already at 52%. For reference, my friend bought an almost identical bike (different manufacturer) and he weighs 260 pounds while I only weigh 125 pounds. When my battery was at 52%, his was still full. We both charged our batteries 12 hours yesterday in preparation for our ride today. We ended up having to cut our ride short and come back. My battery basically died by the time we got back. That's not remotely close to the advertised mileage so I'm almost certain the battery is defective. I tried contacting the seller to discuss this but it says Amazon is handling this sale and it won't let me communicate directly with them. Until I can resolve the battery issue, I can't recommend this bike. It's not much use with such a short range. ... show more

The shipping process is very good my bike was receive days ahead of my estimated date. As for the bike it's very smooth ride couple with the seat and suspension is comfortable ride . The power is there when you get on the throttle, you get 5 electric modes with a 6 second cruise control and a PAS system you be topping out around 27mph to 28.5mph on the top end, the low end torque is smooth you get up to speed quickly. The turn single and brake light is bright so people can see you perfectly on the road, the front headlight is bright as well so seeing is no problem. The battery is well rounded love the gas tank design you get good range I commute to work about 1 mile there and back I don't have to charge for a week the controller handles inclines well you get power when needed. And all for this price is what I believe all ebike at a starting 1000w 48v 15amp should be at I give a hands down five stars 🌟 ... show more

*Shipping only took about 6 days. *Assembly took about 50 minutes after watching the great video instructions. *The appearance is very nice especially with the 20" ballon tires and mag style wheels. Well, built and looks great! *The digital display is everything you need at your disposal and displayed on a neat LCD unit. *Great value for the money! I spent a couple weeks evaluating bikes before I selected the V30 by Movcan. *The ride is very comfortable at all speeds and peddling the Movcan is almost as easy as my Trek. * Head and running lights, brake lite, turn signals, horn and intelligent display what more could you want for the price! ... show more

Absolutely love this bike so far. Put about 100 miles on it so far. Use it as my my main source of transportation. Easy to put togetherness. The only problem is the phone mount broke. The bike itself is amazing. Smooth ride and I've gotten many compliments on it. Will update after some more miles.
