Overall good bike in terms of build quality, battery life and mileage it’s been a month so far going good have a minor rear brake issue and it’s not repairable as mechanic told it’s defective then reached the seller and they agreed to send a replacement, overall good but delivery of bike accessories comes not at once but in parts and it’s been a month still waiting for the last package that part sucks and the company need to work on this , will update you if find any issues or concerns soon . ... show more

My new Freesky Warrior arrived about a week after I placed the order, it took about an hour to set it up, took it for it's maiden voyage and I was surprised with the power! It is very comfortable to pedal and is a smooth ride. Customer service is excellent, Daisy was great to communicate with, very prompt with answers to questions I had and also she text me a week after I had the bike to see how it was going, very impressive! Overall a very enjoyable bike. My only complaint is that the front wheel was a bit wobbly and can't be centered on the brake caliper without touching it. At high speeds, the wobble is noticeable. It's not a major setback, but at this price point, I would expect the wheels to be essentially perfectly "true". Not the case in this instance. ... show more
