I don't barbecue much so I just needed something for a couple of burgers. This works just fine. It's issue is that the people that sell it doesn't know what a grease trap is so they phoned it in. I also don't like the idea of not being able to see the flame, you have to listen for it.

We got this grill to replace a HUGE 6 burner grill since we only cook for 2. It was delivered in a timely manner. Wasn’t hard to assemble, but the directions are all pictures and no written instructions. But we got it together, but the igniter would not work. After inspecting it, I found that the wire was broken in 2 places. I contacted the seller by email and told him the problem and sent a picture. After sending the serial number and the purchase receipt the seller put the new igniter in the mail. Received it today, attached it, and it worked perfectly. Awesome customer service. ... show more

    • It's a nice little grill, but not very much heat
I ordered this to replace the gas grill we had gotten each other as a Christmas gift that finally crapped out. I put it together in less than an hour and set it outside. I used it when I had company, it took what seemed a long time to cook the food. It was on the highest setting, and the gas tank was full, but just seemed to not get very hot. I did make one modification after that first grilling, not to the grill, but for the gas plate cover. I added another grill plate and put lava rocks over it to catch the grease and distribute heat better. Once the rocks get hot, it seems to heat up better, but that takes time. Over all, it is a small grill, can grill a full chicken cut up and a few veggies at one time, or fajitas and the tortillas can be set on the holding rack for warming. I have used it a few times since, and am okay with it, it works, just seems to take a long time to heat up. ... show more

    • The Instruction Manuel to put it together is all very crappy pics.
Works great for two or three people. Not much space for more than that. You will pull your hair out if you follow the manual to put it together, so be smart and watch the YouTube video. You're welcome. Other than that pretty good little grill.
