Upon receiving and assembling the Orymuse wine & beverage 24” refrigerator one can notice that this refrigerator is well built and has a solid construction. The separate temperature compartments can hold both cool and cold setting beverages is certainly plus and a convenience. The unit holds enough beverages to host an evening event (wine & beer). Its motor runs very quiet and the glass doors with its blue light makes this refrigerator an elegant piece to our home. The operations to regulate the temperature settings are user friendly and easy to adjust. Keeps beverages cool and cold. The only issue I encountered was with one of the refrigerator door handles did not match the holes on the door. I was only able to attach one of the door handles. A bit frustrated, I emailed the customer service dept. That same date, to my surprise, I received an email response within an hour. I provided the necessary evidence, including photo to their customer service team and within 24 hours they confirmed to ship a new door handle and apologized for the inconvenience. Within 4 days, I received the door handle in good order. The door handle holes lined up perfectly and now the refrigerator is complete. I am sincerely satisfied with this refrigerator performance thus far but more impressed on Orymuse customer service and support team. It’s assuring to know that this company stands by their product and will assist their customers to the best of their abilities. Their product & customer service is top notch.

Worked out of the box & the handles were easily installed giving it a really nice quality look. The door seal was very good, shelves worked easily & the blue lighting gave a really elegant, bright appearance reflecting off the bottles. The independent temperature controls are user friendly

Impressed so far! Refrigerator looks great, feels well-built, and fits perfectly under our kitchen counter! We had a widely known name-brand refrigerator previously that sold for 6 times the price we paid for this one, and the look and feel of this ORYMUSE unit is just as nice! Very pleased. We were worried that this might feel cheap, but it does not - The door has good weight and feels nice and solid. There was some shipping damage - looks like the box was dropped & one of the back corners of the refrigerator is bent/dented, but the unit is working perfectly. The damage is on the back side and hidden by our cabinets, so as long as it keeps working, we're happy!

I am hesitant to write this review (No I was not asked to write it. I just had a tough time finding a reasonably priced) as every time I review a product something happens like it breaks so hopefully that is not the case this time. I have only had the fridge for a few days now but so far I am pleased with it. It took a long time to receive the unit.....roughly 2 weeks BUT it was delivered intact. I previously tried to purchase a highly rated (on Amazon) beverage fridge and it was delivered damaged most likely due to poor packaging. However this Orymuse unit was packaged very well. I will agree with one of the other reviews that one of the feet is not attached so keep an eye on that when you unpack. I made sure to let the unit sit for the required 24 hours after I received it and when I connected the unit it was able to get down to temp (38F) within roughly 1.5 - 2 hours. The unit is not whisper quiet but it isn't loud either. It sounds like a typical refrigerator running.....maybe one from the 80-90s ;). While I purposely bought a unit with a lock it is more of a deterrent than a real lock. On mine the lock gets slightly stuck without a little wiggling to rotate the lock so the blade of the lock exist the door frame but that's not a big deal for us. Again overall pleased with the unit.

I have had this wine cooler about a year now, and still working on the custom build around it in my wall unit. But so far so good, the wine cooler has done very well, and is very quiet. I like the french door with two temps, so I can have beer/seltzers/etc on the left side. And I have the wine on the right side, which is not as cold. I took some of the shelving out to fit my wider sparkling wine bottles like champaign or prosecco. And the blue light is very pretty with dim lighting. Love it!
