Great purchase! Noiseless!
Color: Traditional Brown
Size: 21" W
This fireplace insert is awesome. So quite. I don’t hear the blower or anything. Ambiance is nice when it is too warm for the heater. There are two speeds to the heater and are efficient and noiseless. It was so simple to put in the existing fireplace and just plug into a wall plug. Great purchase.

Love this fireplace insert!! Don’t sleep on this! Buy it now!
Color: Whitish Gray
Size: 21" W
This electric fireplace insert is an excellent product! I purchased the Whitish Gray model. I tested out the heater and it heats up quickly. It has a fan that blows the hot air out into the room through a vent on the front and it (the fan) runs for about 20-30 seconds when you turn the heat off, which allows the heater to cool down. It comes with an intuitive remote control. There is a speaker inside that plays 3 different sounds; a crackling fire and birds chirping were the better of the 3. Just by listening, I couldn’t figure out what the 3rd sound was, I’m sure it’s in the instruction manual that comes with it. Maybe the sound of wind blowing? There is also a section of plexiglass you can attach to the back that will make the flames look more realistic although I think the install could be optional. I installed prior to inserting into my fireplace so I do not know how they look without it. This is exactly what I was looking for and it fits my fireplace perfectly. Compared to similar items I’ve looked at and pondered over, the price point was surprisingly low and I’m glad I made the purchase!

Nice
Color: Aspen Log
Size: 21" W
Received the aspen and it looked like white glue was the colour of the logs. The texture was their with the notches and striations, but they were so hard to see. So, I did a little research and diy in attempts to make this stark, thick white more realistic with what I had around. And, after a few attempts and layers, I'm good with it and managed to enjoy the process The heater is nice with the flames, ember glow, heat settings or none. There are many different ways to use this unit which is pleasing. It even has glowing leaves at the base as an added nicety. It fits nicely in the fire place as I decided to go smaller to center it in. The units I've seen aren't made to work with the angle and dimension change of a fireplace unless it's a box shape. But, I can close off with the chainmail and doors for more of a realistic look and heating choice regardless of the glowing leaves. There is a low sound that it makes with only the lights on which I believe is apart of the rotating for any of the lighting effect. The idea of having the beautiful and realistic aspen logs was appealing as it's a natural option for wood burning and not the usual oak, pine or ember look. This pops nicely and gives piece of mind for a zoned heater along with the given ambience options. As well, the safety feature makes it a necessity especially without a timer.

Great heater, very cozy, and safe for pets!
Color: Traditional Brown
Size: 21" W
I am really happy with this Electactic fireplace insert. It was incredibly easy to set up—I just plugged it in and it was ready to go. I love that you can adjust the flame brightness and flicker speed. It creates a really nice, relaxing glow in the room while relaxing. A few things I love: The Heat: The two settings (750w/1500w) take the chill off my room quickly. Safety: It has overheat protection and stays cool to the touch. This is really important to me because I always want to make sure my home is safe for my pets. The Remote: It’s very convenient to change the settings from across the room. If you have an old fireplace mantle or a real fireplace sitting empty, this is a perfect and affordable way to make it look beautiful again. Highly recommend!

Pretty Impressed…
Color: Traditional Brown
Size: 21" W
Okay, so I was a little skeptical about this when I purchased it but needed an insert for a fireplace at a rental property. I must say, I’m pleasantly surprised! Obviously, it isn’t near as nice as a real fire or even a fire from gas logs but, it’s lovely nonetheless. The flames and flame speed are adjustable, which is a nice feature. The flame color is realistic and the unit itself is very lightweight. I also like that it acts as a heater, too… feels more like a real fire. Note: my video is not slow-mo… trying to show the flame speeds.

A great option for a fire place without the hazzle ...
Color: Aspen Log
Size: 21" W
Next best thing to a real fire place ... the only issue with this unit are the white aspen logs .. When not in use they are totally white and look very fake .. I had to do a little art work to tone them down and really make them look a bit more authentic .. They have a couple of other models you can choose from depending on your preference... The handy remote is really a plus to regulate the flame, brightness and heat .. I noticed that in order to achieve a more realistic back ground flame you need a reflective back ground to enhance it .. The flame is projected by a rotating mechanize lighting in the back of the unit .. A more reflective back ground enchances the flame effect .. The heat output is not bad and has different settings as well .. You also have the option to use the flame lighting without heat .. We liked it ...
