When I told people I ordered a large refrigerator on Amazon, eyebrows were raised. That was totally unfounded. Everything went perfectly. I got delivery in just a few days, a delivery window of 3 hours, two great delivery guys, who kept me informed of their location and actual arrival. Nothing was damaged. The refrigerator is brilliant. We use a lot of fruit and veg and need a lot of refrigerator space for cook ahead meals too. I have a large freezer in the garage, so don't really need freezer space in the kitchen. Since my space is only 35" this fits perfectly. Four glass shelves and narrow door shelves for sauces etc. I like that it's counter depth both inside and outside projection into the room. Well done Smad! Well done Amazon! I love it.

It has a cutout rather than a handle, which I don’t prefer. I also wish it had more shelves, but overall this was a very worthwhile purchase. I’ve had it several months now and have had no problems.

We are using this as a freezer in our garage. Garage temps usually stay in the 90's here in the summer and this freezer has had no problems keeping the internal temperature where it belongs. Delivery company had good communication. Delivery workers took all of the packing materials with them which is very nice. I would have given this a 5 star rating if the door handle was of better design and quality. So far, so good with it but I think it will probably break in the near future and I'll come up with a better one myself.

The item itself is awesome, and works great. The delivery however left a lot to be wanted. Unlike other large appliance deliveries all these people did was drop the product off. I had to call some family over to help me move and install it. They have a policy where they are not allowed to take it in and set it up.

Beautiful freezer and seemed to work ok but the door seemed to have a suction problem. Door was slightly difficult to open when we first opened it but became very difficult to open for some reason after the freezer temperature dropped. About half the time it wouldn't open and the other half the whole freezer slid when the door did open. As always, Amazon came through and took it back and sent us another one today. This one had other problems. Second Freezer a week later- Door opens fine but this freezer does not cool. We are waiting on a callback to see if it can be fixed or returned or just give up and buy a freezer from somewhere else. Had to return. Amazon reps could not get the company to respond or even answer their phone. Hopefully the return will go better. We had to go to another business to buy a freezer.

Received it a couple of months ago, and it's been great! Spacious, well built, gets down to -13F...no complaints at all. Just make sure you have a big door opening, cause it is very large, especially in height.
