Was easy to install, I stretched it out a whole day in advance so that it would not try to curl up when I glued it down. The last 6-8” still would not lay flat but I had to cut off almost a foot of it to fit my 9’ door anyway so that was not a problem. There was plenty of glue available and it laid down nicely. Very pleased with the results.

I placed the part in the sun for a few hours. Then I trimmed it just a bit to fit. The black silicone that was included worked well to adhere the rubber strip. Took about 3 hours, and it was ready solidly affixed to the cement floor. Good product.
