I haven't yet used the scooter. It looks like a quality product. That being said. Phoebe in their customer service has been in contact with me before and after my purchase. She is amazing all customer service representatives should be like her. I think the scooter is heavier than advertised but I am going to try and make it work for me. Only because Phoebe has been so attentive to my concerns. I truly hope I can get in in and out of my car. I had a stroke and can only use my right arm. If it truly was 35 lbs as advertised I would have no problem. My old scooter is 35 lbs and I have no problems. But this scooter is a lot heavier.

I recently purchased a D3 Pro Lightweight Mobility Scooter from the Amazon seller PAISEEC. I previously owned a Pride three wheeled Go Go scooter, which I no longer have. This was to be a replacement. The Pride scooter broke down into three pieces, each weighing the equivalent of a boat anchor. I own a Nissan Sentra and the Pride would barely fit into my car. Without having to break it down just collapsing it the D3 Pro fits into my trunk with ease and at 75 years old it’s easy enough for me to handle. It’s the perfect scooter for my needs. Now, let’s get to the import stuff. Things don’t always go as planned and Amazon did not ship the scooter to me. They made an error in shipping and shipped me something that I still don’t know what it is. I contacted PAISEEC through their website and found the most reputable company, the best customer service team on the planet. They listened to my complaint, I sent them photos and all the information that I had at hand and in less than a week they rectified the situation with outstanding communication. It is my feeling that when a company stands behind their product is almost more important than the product itself. I would give them a five star rating all day long and I would rather give them a six star rating but well that doesn’t exist. You cannot go wrong by dealing with PAISEEC. It turned out to be the perfect shopping experience. I’ve had my scooter now about two weeks and I’ve got absolutely zero complaints. Works perfectly! I am also attaching a photo showing the scooter in the trunk of my Nissan Sentra. Fits like a bug-in-a-rug.

Perfect scooter for travel! Took my 91yr old parents to Maui. The scooter was a lifesaver. Daily rides along the beach to whalers village. Thanks to the scooter we all had a great time! ‘whitie’ now lives in the back of my mini suv, perfect for drs appts and taking dad out and about.
