We have owned our pool robot for six days, and I am only slightly embarrassed to admit that we have already run it at least ten times. Over Father’s Day weekend alone, this little aquatic overachiever worked two shifts a day. At this point, I am considering giving it a name, a parking space, and perhaps a tiny employee-of-the-month plaque. We recently moved into a home with a large, beautiful inground pool. And when I say large, I mean 36 feet by 18 feet, with an 8-foot deep end that makes every dropped leaf feel like a personal challenge. Unfortunately, when we first saw the pool during the home inspection, “beautiful blue oasis” was not exactly the phrase that came to mind. “Shrek’s swamp” would have been more accurate. There may have been frogs judging us from a distance. We worked with a professional pool company to get the chemistry under control. Chlorine. Shock. pH balance. More chlorine. More shock. More hope. Eventually, the water stopped looking cloudy and milky and started looking blue again. We were thrilled. We could finally see the bottom, which was wonderful until we realized the bottom was covered in debris. The pool company had vacuumed, but the surrounding trees apparently saw our newly clear pool as an invitation to redecorate. Tiny white blossoms and dark green leaves began drifting in and sinking straight to the floor. Like most women, I can appreciate a rose petal bath now and then, but I did not request a floral soak in my swimming pool. The blossoms were pretty for about twelve seconds before they became underwater confetti in the deep end. That is when we knew we needed help. After spending a week comparing options, we chose our pool robot, WYBOT C2, and I am not exaggerating when I say it has been magical. This thing crawls along the floor, climbs the walls, scrubs the waterline, and pulls debris from the depths like it was born for battle. It picked up leaves, blossoms, dead algae, grit, and whatever mysterious pool dust had settled at the bottom. The basket is large, easy to clean, and has handled far more debris than I expected. By Father’s Day weekend, our pool had transformed from swamp creature habitat to sparkling backyard oasis. We were finally able to enjoy the crystal-clear water we had been working toward since we moved in. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, our robot does have a tiny flair for the dramatic. After being asked to work so hard during its first few days on the job, it threw what I can only describe as a robotic temper tantrum and parked itself in the deep end. At the time, we had not yet purchased a long enough pole, so I had no choice but to dive down, retrieve it, and carry it back to the surface like some chlorine-scented rescue mission. As a former competitive swimmer, I could do this safely, but I do not recommend it as the preferred retrieval method. Needless to say, we immediately purchased a 16-foot pole and attached the hook that came with the robot. The next time our little drama machine decided to rest in the deep end, we hooked it and brought it back up. Problem solved. Out of roughly ten cleaning cycles, it has only done this twice. Every other time, it has stopped politely in the shallow end, where it can be easily retrieved. Overall, we are thrilled with this purchase. It has made a noticeable difference in our pool in less than a week. The standard cleaning mode has been more than enough for our needs so far, and the regular filter basket has even captured a fair amount of dead algae with a sandy, gritty texture. We have not needed to use the fine filter or turbo floor mode yet, although I am oddly excited to try them. If you have a large pool, trees nearby, debris that sinks faster than your patience, or a deep end that laughs at your skimmer net, this robot is absolutely worth considering. It turned our once-sad swampy pool into something we actually want to swim in, and honestly, I would buy it again without hesitation. Five stars for cleaning power, wall scrubbing, waterline polishing, and rescuing our pool from botanical chaos; one minor star-point deduction only from its imaginary employee review for occasionally choosing dramatic parking locations.

What an absolute pile of garbage. It doesn't clean, it just spreads debris around. It doesn't climb walls. The battery dies before it completes a single cycle. It also doesn't connect to wifi nor Bluetooth even when I'm standing next to it. Most of the time I'll turn it on and it'll just sink to the bottom and do nothing. Save your money.

Works Great although it does not always climb the stairs or the ledge as advertised. I bought it when the parts for my Hayward navigator were on backorder and my Pool was in need of help! It makes quick work of cleaning it up so it was worth it to me. It stays charged long enough to do the entire 16,000 gal pool and climbs the sides of the pool far better than my navigator does. it is also far more consistent in its cleaning pattern. it charges up fairly quickly. Great for when you have pool parties and want to take the cumbersome hose cleaner out… This cleans it up in no time at all. on the downside, you have to charge it each time you use it but I knew that before I bought it. I would have given it five stars if it did a better job of climbing the stairs and ledge.

The App Can Be Glitchy...but you can always program a "standard clean" and it connects w bluetooth to do a cleaning. Also we have a deep 8ft end and sometimes it can just sit at the bottom as if it were temporarily stuck but it is still lit so I just push it with the pool net pole and it goes on its way. Honestly we have had top of the line corded Dolphin/Nautilus in the last 10 years and they seem to make them smaller. The Wybot is cordless and that is a super plus for me . It cleans about as average as the Dolphin, so all good and pricewise its cheaper. It is a computer and rather delicate though so we have to lug it to our sunroom to charge it indoors not under the hot sun on an AC cord by our poolhouse. But we love cordless...

We have an odd shaped vinyl liner pool with a 10 foot deep end. Even when setting this to ‘floor only’ in a not too dirty state, the robot continued to lift at the front end and not suction to the floor. Troubleshooting guide says this issue is an indication of a clogged filter, but it would start within minutes of placing it in the pool.

I named him Igor. He’s my go to pool robot at half the price of the competitors Bluetooth wireless and battery powered rechargeable. Does an excellent job I highly recommend.

It's way too heavy plus it doesn't pick up good and it doesn't stay flat enough when its trying to clean the bottom of the pool , it pops up too much , I wouldn't ever buy it again
