Description

Why does the robot float down when climbing walls? That usually means the filter basket is full. Just empty it, and it'll keep climbing. Why is the unit wet? Is it used? Nope, it's brand new. We water-test every unit before shipping, so a little leftover water inside is totally normal. What if cleaning power feels weak or it gets stuck? If the basket or sponge is clogged, just clean them out. If it gets stuck on a drain or step, it'll back itself out and get back to work in 2–3 minutes. Can it clean pool steps? It can go up steps, but won't really clean narrow step surfaces well. Why is the runtime shorter than advertised mins? That 180 minutes is for ECO Mode only. In Full Pool Mode, it'll run about 90–100 minutes. How do I update the robot firmware? We recommend upgrading via Bluetooth first. If multiple attempts fail, switch to Wi‑Fi for the firmware upgrade. What preparations are needed before charging the pool cleaner robot? Power off the unit fully. Wipe and dry the charging port thoroughly to remove water, pool residue and dust. Moisture or dirt leads to poor contact, unstable charging or charging failure. What actions are prohibited during charging? Do not cover or wrap the robot while charging. Blocked heat dissipation causes overheating of the unit and charging module, resulting in charging failure and battery damage.
