Less than a month in and it’s already completely unusable. It worked fine at first, but the battery quickly dropped to lasting only about 20 minutes per charge, and now it won’t work at all. Extremely disappointing purchase—definitely not worth it. Please improve the quality and reliability.

I highly recommend this vacuum. I have a INTEX 26 by 52 pool. My liner has no wrinkles. It does not do sides, I didn’t expect it too. But it picks up realy nice. It cleans my pool perfect.

Horrible decision. After having an automatic pool cleaner for a few years we thought we would get a newer one. Biggest waste of money. Flaps are not opening correctly so the cleaner just goes one direction then stops open flap to go the other way move a few inches and then just goes back to the same wall. Customer service is no help they keep saying look for clogged debris. Clear as can be. So move on to the next one.

For reference, I have an 18x52 above ground pool that has settled and is now slightly unlevel. This has been a big help keeping the pool clean. It does NOT last 90 minutes. I followed instructions for first use, and I charge fully before using again. I also clean it out after every use. I run it once a day and it keeps my pool clean. When the battery starts getting low it moves extremely slow and barely picks up any dirt, but for the first 15-20 minutes it picks up everything. Even just that amount of run time daily has kept the floor of my pool clean and I feel like the battery will last longer once the pool has been taken down the end of this season and leveled back out. There is no pattern to how it moves. It just drives around until it hits a wall, sits there for a few seconds, and then takes off in the opposite direction. When you’re lifting it out of the pool some of the dirt seems to come back out. I have also found that the hook attachment doesn’t fully secure to my net pole, so if I don’t lift just right the pool hook falls out and the vacuum drops back to the floor, but I feel like that’s because of the off-brand handle that I bought. I would say for the price of this cleaner, it is absolutely worth it. I only deducted one star for the battery life and the bit of dirt that falls back out when removing from the pool.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. The thing does not clean but one pass. The troubleshooting guide is useless because it doesn't even match the product. Charge battery for hours and it works 10 minutes. The hook doesn't fit any pole we own, and the whole experience is awful.
