Why is the cleaner I received wet? Has it been used by someone else? This cleaner is brand new. All our cleaners go through a comprehensive factory test prior to shipment, which may leave a small amount of residual water inside. Rest assured, your unit is new and unused. Why is the machine’s runtime shorter than the advertised 180 minutes? The advertised 180-minute runtime refers to the maximum battery life achieved in ECO mode. Battery duration will be shorter when using more powerful cleaning modes, as they consume more power. Can this cleaner clean pool steps? It climbs over steps, yet won’t clean narrow step surfaces effectively. Why is the cleaner not achieving the desired cleaning results? If the filter basket or foam sponge becomes clogged, the cleaner’s performance will be compromised. Please clean them regularly to ensure the machine operates at its optimal efficiency. Why has the robot’s wall-climbing performance weakened? Please check if the filter basket is more than 70% full of debris. If so, empty the basket first before restarting your desired cleaning mode.

Cleaning ability laughable. It will stay in the deep bottom corner for its whole bottom only cycle no matter the setting covering the area over and over. Start it in the shallow end and it goes almost immediately to the deep end. 7 hours now of it running and maybe 20% of the bottom has been covered. It would take this robot several passes to get the pollen up and misses the medium size leaves altogether. It loves to do the walls over and over on full mode. In Bottom mode it gets stuck on the deep end middle drain add can’t get off. It is set for a vinyl rectangular pool with a deep end. Battery life only lasts one 3 hour use not the 3 months it suggests. I’ll need to go solar and spend more on smart robot that maps. What a bummer! ... show more

This product works well however it will get stuck on pool drains, and you would have to help it along which I didn’t mind because I thought they all might get stuck until I bought a new one for less which does not get stuck and can climb steps back to this product my issue with this item is that when I did an update it stopped working completely on the 30th day. ... show more

Good replacement unit, this is our first cordless robot. On full mode it does not hold a charge long enough to complete a thorough cleaning in one charge (70 min) and we have a small pool. However in ECON mode it does a great job and seems to run for a little over 3 hours. It does not go up the sides but does clear all the floor debris. Charges in a little over an hour and. The basket is easy to clean, we found leaving the basket in for three to four cycles works fine, the dirtier basket seems to pick up more debris than fresh clean screens. ... show more

Do not buy this cleaner. I used it only twice and bo the times it didn't do a great job cleaning the pool. The third time I went to use it there was no power and it was fully charged. I went to their website and tried to use their chat option. No response. I then sent them an email and they responded back to me that some one would reach out soon. Still waiting. The customer service is non existent . I went back and checked the reviews. They were mostly Amazon vine customers. I am going to spend a little more money and get a proven cleaner. ... show more

We have big steps and small steps this cleaner kept getting stuck between the steps and then it would go into red mode and just quit working. Battery was still fine but it would not reset itself. We purchased another one different model and make the Gosvar and so far that one has had no issues. Now that we have had two in a similar price range the one listed here has a smaller basket which is cumbersome to take in and out much more difficult than the new one. ... show more

Definitely picks up the small debris on floor which is great. BUT … doesn’t follow pattern you choose on app at all and tends to stay stuck in the deep end. And if you have seats or tanning ledge you will definitely confuse this thing. Would not recommend.

This was a good buy! Very easy to use and set up. I hate when there are a million steps! Charged it and let it go! Did amazing! Climbed the walls with the scrub brush! (Make sure pool is filled maximum level of water for total side clean) So glad I tried it...its a keeper!
