I'll be honest — I had doubts going in. My pool is just over 242 square feet, ranging from 4 to a little over 6 feet deep, so not large. But I still wasn't sure a robot could handle every nook and surface thoroughly. I was wrong. The Sora 70 got everything. The floor, the walls, the surface — it missed nothing. What really surprised me was finding granules I had used to treat a rust stain sitting in the filter basket after the cycle. I had assumed they dissolved. They didn't, and the Sora found them. That told me everything I needed to know about how thorough this machine is. The cleaning took a couple of hours, which felt reasonable. Once it was done, I lifted it out by the handle, rinsed it with regular water, and cleaned the filter basket — which, again, was a real eye-opener in terms of just how much it had picked up. The whole process was straightforward. Easy to understand, easy to operate from the start. I store it indoors in a cool, dry spot as recommended, and the whole ownership experience has been smooth. My weekly pool maintenance crew is coming soon and I'm genuinely curious what they'll find to do — or won't find to do. The technology behind this thing is remarkable. The fact that it cleans the floor, walls, waterline, and water surface in a single cordless cycle still impresses me. Highly recommend.

Not for me; wandered aimlessly (I didn't notice a pattern or any smart mapping), got stuck on the ledge, and was constantly offline (not reliable). It managed to collect leaves and sand in the filter basket amidst its meandering. The machine is light(er) weight and sleek in appearance but the expense is not justified for this particular machine. Returning asap.

So far, so good! I’ve used this unit for about a month so far and it’s been really great not having to worry about an electrical cord in my pool, which always worried me about my previous corded cleaner. Performance seems pretty good, not perfect but good enough for me. It does also clean my ledge area, which was never cleaned by my older robot. Also, their customer service seems pretty responsive and helpful as well. And I’m glad I get a 3 year warranty!

I’ve been using the Sora 70 for about a month now and must say I’m impressed. It does a fantastic job of cleaning the pool floor and walls. I haven’t tried it yet in surface mode yet. App works well but loses connection when submerged which I assume is same with all other robotic pool cleaners. You need to charge it after every use as there’s not quite enough charge for two cleaning cycles with a single charge cycle. Only drawback is that it doesn’t clean dust/clay size particles with its 5um basket but I’m advised that a 3um mesh basket will soon be available.

I write very few reviews but this is one of the best products I have purchased. It cleaned my pool beautifully in a few hours. Be sure to read instructions completely, provide the shape, depth, and type of pool in the app and you are good to go. After the initial setup and use, everything was easy from there on. The suction is strong and takes the workload off of your skimmer basket and filter. It has only been a week but it appears to be of good quality and durable.

I’m disappointed in this pool sweep. It does not pickup leaves at the bottom of the pool. I have ran it every day on max floor without one leaf in the basket! Also, the unit is always offline so trying to use the remote feature is useless! The unit is heavy, so trying to get it out of the pool can be difficult. The only plus side is the unit does go up the wall to the waterline. I put the wrong date to return the unit in my calendar, so looks like I’m stuck with it.

despite what reviews have said, my corded Nautilus does a better job around steps and platforms. the robot might be too big to get such nooks. response from BeatBot was 'might require manual cleaning'!!! Why buy a robot cleaner then!???
