  • 💯 Recommend!!
After returning TWO of the new X1’s, I decided to try the 2025 updated S1. I have not had a single issue with this unit and it is working flawlessly. The new X1 kept doing wheelies and running rogue. Having hesitation after two bad experiences with the X1, I decided to give the revised 2025 S1 a shot. Glad I did! I hate that I had to spend another $99 for a charging station, but this thing is a beast! No wheelies, no spinning…only cleaning and pickup. I have a 20’ x 40’ pebble tech coated inground pool. This thing is amazing…and I don’t have cords/lines running across my pool and getting tangled. It climbs my walls easily and even scrubs the rocks on the backside of our pool. It has no issues with my stairs or the irregular shape of our pool. I am so impressed, I added the S2 Surfer for skimming the top of my pool. Had it less than a month, hoping this thing lasts. I will update if I come across any issues, but so far so good! ... show more

  • NOT GOOD FOR LARGE POOLS
If you have a large pool, DO NOT purchase this product. Our pool was clean, when we put the robot in our pool; we were hoping the robot would clean the fine sand and dirt at the bottom, which it did. But, we had to empty the basket often, hose it off and start the process again. It would be better is the basket is larger, but I'm assuming, for small pools, this is fine. Ours is very large and we do not have a cage. We also have a professional pool cleaner, so the robot was purchased to augment the cleaner's work. On DAY TWO, the robot stopped working. It would sit in the pool with the front lifted, as if it were going to clean the walls, but it never moved. We followed the directions perfectly, and we were very careful with the machine. So, we called Customer Service, and that was a debacle. We spent 45 minutes on the phone with a person who could only read from a script, and she was difficult to understand. She did nothing to resolve our issue, costing us time and money. I did not opt to get a new machine, for these reasons. I lost faith in the product and the support provided. I'm going to research something American made, with a big basket and more power. This was a complete waste. Again, if you have a large pool, I'd think twice before buying this item. ... show more

  • Two Month Review.
The media could not be loaded. Ok I was spectacle at first after reading all the reviews. I have a feeling if we didn’t have a free form pool this would have been 5 stars. I only run our robot once a week. It’s quite impressive scrubbing and cleaning the walls and tile lines. I would give that feature 5 stars. Cleaning the bottom it’s hard not to simply watch it run around. It’s has the capability to follow a pattern. It certainly attempts to, however with out a single straight line in our pool it will miss spots or run back over the same spot. I would approximate that it covers approximately 80%. Hence the 4 stars as our pool will challenge the most sophisticated and advanced robots. All in all would I recommend this robot, yes of most customers. For its price point I was hoping that its ability to track where it is in the pool might be better. ... show more

  • Aiper Scuba S1 Pro
Excellent pool cleaner, everything I could ask for. The pool is in top shape, going cordless is the ONLY way. The unit does have some weight, I definitely suggest getting a pool caddy. But with the weight and power, it does not get constantly stuck on the bottom pool filters which the last unit always did. Lastly, the micro screen is a game changer. You have to carefully hose throughly after each use because it catches everything. I say carefully because you do not want to destroy micro screen and frequently replace. This cleaner is worth the money and frees up my time without having to continually watch for danglements or being stuck on bottom filters. Multiple cleaning modes, my pool looks perfect. ... show more

  • Broke after 4 weeks!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Horrible investment. Worked on for maybe 4 weeks. Then it started floating mid cycle. Now it won't even run. Several interactions with support and now I have to send back for "repair." Which will take several weeks mid season. This is my 4th pool vacuum in 20 years. 1st Aiper. Worst one yet. Would not buy again. ... show more

This product has 2 means of collecting particles, and while it picks up the bigger particles fine using the large collection basket, the smaller particles are sent back into the pool and subsequently settle on the bottom. This unit has 2 holes on either side of the 3 µm filter, allowing algae, sand, and other particles to bypass the filter. After the first use, I had to clean out the propeller area because it managed to suck grass past the basket and filter. It also has a problem with navigation on the bottom of the pool. (I guess this scuba forgot its compass when diving.) From what I can tell, it uses a low jet setting when lying flat on the floor of the pool, relying more on gravity and the tracks to move around. This design allows the unit to slip and never escape from the deep end of my pool. the manufacturer needs to upgrade these items due to a majority of the pools having slopes and some very steep as well as improve on the navigation while underwater. Also, there is no way to communicate with the device when it is underwater. If the Wi-Fi were enabled, the device would first notify the user when it is complete, allowing them to drive it to the shallow end for easier retrieval. It is supposed to go near a wall once complete, but no notifications are sent to the app. ... show more

  • The combo or scuba and surfer is a winning combination
This with the skimmer has made maintaining a pool so easy and stress free it’s unreal. You just hit a button, pop em in your pool and let them do all the work. We used to have what we called “the scorpion.” It would get tangled and needed to be rescued constantly or you had to worry about it smacking you with its tail. This is a relaxing way to maintain your pool with little effort. The combo of this in the pool and the surfer working on solar power up top is worth the investment. ... show more
