We really love this water heater. What a game changer. Our old 10 gal. water heater was a 10 year old original. The instructions were straight forward making the Installation easy with some modest framing to our existing 18x18 opening. The door was harder to install than the water heater. Just tap into the 12 volt, connect the gas line and it's ready to go. We live full time in our 5th wheel so it's probably the best upgrade we've done.
