The media could not be loaded. This Blu-ray player really impressed me, here’s why: Design & Build Quality: It just looks great! Looks solid like a classic piece of furniture, only cooler. See the video for a better look. Nice and compact and keeps my viewing area clutter-free. Feels like quality and runs remarkably quiet. Setup & Usability: Setup could not have been easier. The box includes everything required: a slim power cord, HDMI cable, and a well-designed, responsive remote. The player was up and running in 3 minutes. You’ll appreciate how intuitive it is. I like how the power plug is built so only takes up one slot on the power strip. Performance: Of course none of that means anything if the picture isn’t good – and it is. Actually it’s excellent – both video and audio quality. It handles my older DVDs as well as newer ones. Load times are fast, and navigation through menus is straightforward. Forgot to mention that the player’s compact size also makes it a practical choice for travel. Final Thoughts: If you’re like me and long ago got rid of your DVD player (and using xBox), get this Blu-ray player, you won’t regret the choice!

I'm really happy with this little player. It's my first Blu-ray, but it still plays regular dvd's. It was easy to set up using the HDMI connector, and has what appears to be some interesting functionality through the remote. Although, I haven't tried them. What did come as a surprise is that it's a top loader. It flips open and you place the dvd in. No sliding mechanisms, that I actually have never liked on anything. They always end up not lasting or a dvd gets stuck. I also like that it takes up little space and looks much nicer than a bigger black box player. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. I just want to be able to watch movies. Whether it will last remains to be seen. But, I'm happy with this purchase.

Yeah I'm going to give this only 4 stars even so it doesn't deserve it because it's a nice looking blue Ray player and it plays nice and the picture quickly is great and the sound is awesome really good but yeah here is where the catch comes in especially when it comes in when using the remote sometimes it responds and sometimes it doesn't and then at times the whole disc system freezes to the point I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it restarted so sadly I love the player it's really nice I like that wood color but yeah I'm going to have to get something else later.

Plays everything I've put in it and takes up very little space on my shelf. I wish my universal remote could control it, but every code I've tried doesn't seem to work. It's included remote works grest however.

Great product, it has a good quality video and also works great for only playing Music CDs, is pretty compact and good looking, it also combines with my turntable! :)

This is a beautiful blu-ray player! It has a nice faux wood finish 2 it instead of the traditional black, grey or white blu-ray players. The picture quality is great & it's simple 2 set up. Took me less than 5mins 2 plug it in & connect the cord. Would make a great gift idea but I'm keeping this 1 for myself.
