    • Paid new pricing for a used product
I paid for a new product and received the DVD player missing a strap to hold one of the screens, scratches on one of the screens, and no home charger. Paying $170 for an item expecting it to be new and receiving it missing items is absolutely ridiculous.

It said I was getting a new one, but got one that was a return. Missing the remote and the plastic, that looks like it went to batteries, was tossed back into the box.
