The media could not be loaded. This is not the most powerful vacuum, it goes really fast to really pick up anything but it does pick up some stuff. Compared to our $700 vacuum this one doesn’t work as well (obviously). It is rechargeable so that’s good. I am unsure about this product to recommend it.
