I was so excited to try this and watched many videos on how to use it properly. I used the lowest setting and ran it across my skin quickly, like they show you to. While i was using it, it felt like it must be pulling stuff out. Especially on and around my nose, it did succeed in extracting some oil (maybe sebum?) but i ran it over several blackheads and they're still visible on my face. I also tried the other tips it comes with, to no avail. What this little machine DID succeed in doing was leaving bruises and hickey-type splotches all over my face, irritating my skin, and making my acne and pores more noticeable. I am returning it, obviously, and i urge anyone with even semi-sensitive skin to stay away from this! Buy a good oil cleanser for your $40 or something!! ... show more

I bought this product because I wanted five probe advertized. It only came with four. I returned it and I'm going to order it again with hopes that I will get all the probes as advertised. I see that others have had this problem as well.

Really cool to see my skin/pores magnified. You can literally see the machine sucking out all the gunk from your face. If you have sensitive skin and leave the suction on high for too long anywhere besides your nose it’ll def leave marks but they go away relatively fast

Hi. I'm a licensed skincare professional. I got this for "science" since I've heard a lot about these things. I've heard about the bruising. I wrongly assumed it was usually due to user error and that if you follow the instructions properly bruising would not occur. Because that's how things should work. I followed the instructions perfectly... and still I bruised. I do not recommend using ANY skincare vacuum. Stick with pore strips, gentle peels and scrubs and a good cleanser. You want something with salicylic acid. Glycolic acid can be great too. ... show more
