When I first started to use it the first week it really burns my face but I was determined to give it a try to see if it would work and it definitely did work but still burns my face when I put in on but besides the burning sensation on my face it really works and clear my acne up alot, the only down side to it, is that you only get a very tiny jar of it. ... show more

I bought this and the morning one. The morning one is 5/5 stars. This one is just so-so and personally not as effective for my skin. It kind of smells like toothpaste, but does not smell great when you wash it off in the morning. That didn’t bother me though. It dries on your skin kind of like a mask. I found it uncomfortable to sleep normally in it, but got used to it. Overall, my 3 stars is simply because the morning cream was STELLAR and this one didn’t help my skin as much. The first bottle was a game changer for me. I have been battling hormonal acne on my chin for years with zero help from anything I tried including everything the dermatologists prescribed. Within a few days I saw immediate results and the itching had stopped. The second bottle seemed like it was a different formula or at least not the same. The second bottle was more gritty and not as smooth. It still helped but not as effectively as the first bottle. I am hoping it was a one off type thing as I love this product. I have a bit of a back-ne, and particularly now with it being summer, I wanted to feel comfortable going to the pool and wearing tank tops. I feel like I've tried everything to help it improve, but nothing really helped until I tried this adult acne treatment. I've only been using it for a short period of time, but I can already see great results. My partner even made a completely unprompted comment about how great my back looks...what can I say, we notice weird things about each other. I won’t lie, I was very skeptical to try this product because I have such sensitive skin, but it didn’t bother me at all. It’s a very gentle product. You also get a lot of bang for your buck. I take my skin care very seriously, so I’m willing to spend a hundred dollars or more on a product, but it’s always nice when I can find something for much less that works. This is great for acne! It comes in a small container, but you only need to put a small amount on the spots where you have acne. It’s super easy to use and is a great value for what you pay. It doesn’t smell weird or anything like that. But it may feel weird at first, sense it drys on your skin and makes it feel a bit tight. But that means it’s doing it’s job. I leave it on over night but you don’t have to. I noticed the best results when left on overnight. The first time I used it I left it on over night and my spots of acne were almost gone in the morning. My face looked way better. Highly recommend this spot treatment and their other products like the charcoal face wash. ... show more
