Only one complaint... The reservoir is small. If you're doing a longer steam session (I like to do at least 15 minutes), you might need to refill it partway through. It's not a dealbreaker, but it is mildly annoying when you're mid-routine and have to pause to add more water. I really loved this steamer until it started spouting out water. It was so great it helped my skin a lot. I loved to use it when I was sick, it helped my sinuses so much. It was easy to clean the water out and put fresh water. The color pink was so cute on it. It was super easy to use, you just fill it with water and hit the button, and after thirty seconds the steam would come out. It was really my favorite thing ever, I used it all the time. Unfortunately it stopped working for me, and the water would just spit out instead of steaming.

UPDATED The vendor reached out to me and offered me a full refund from the product. Very good customer service. But I still would not recommend purchasing the product ORIGINAL POST: Do not buy this. I have had it 3 months and it stopped working. I have used it probably 5 times and followed the exact instructions to care for the product. Tried to use it today, it heats up, but doesn’t emit steam. It is past the return window so I am out of luck.
