I really like these. i think they work. for acne on my face, i do think it helps get out the gunk and speed the healing process. i have also used these on ingrown hairs. i think it helps here too when they get infected but its taking a few rounds so i had to get the larger package. but it definitely gets some stuff out and acts as a cover. i think its good value for money. i think they stay on fairly well.

These work great to suck the gunk out of pimples and make them go away faster. They are very sticky and I've never had one fall off when I wear them to sleep. I always wake up with the pimple having shrunk and the patch full of gunk. There are two reasons I took a star off: --They are a little pricy! I like them a lot, but still. There are cheaper alternatives from different brands out there but they often have reviews complaining that they fall off or just don't work, so I haven't tried anything else. --These ONLY work on OPEN pimples! Meaning you need to pop them open so that the fluid and gunk can escape. This is a double-edge sword because you can easily make your skin WORSE by doing this! But the patches simply do not work if the pimple is closed. So please only pop your pimples if they are right at the surface of your skin, and read up on how to do it safely and sterilely. There is actually a version of these patches with "micro points" that are supposed to work without having to pop your pimples, but they are even more expensive and many reviews say the points are... pointless (get it?) so I haven't bothered to try them.

They really do effectively absorb all the gunk without irritating my skin. I also love that they stay in place all night and are barely noticeable if I wear one during the day. I’ve been using these patches for several years, and they’re hands down the best solution I’ve found for pimples. The trick that works best for me is I lightly scratch the surface of the pimple (I use a product called tinkle razor - I know, weird name, but useful) before applying the patch. Doing that helps the patch really get to the underlying gunk and pull it all out. By morning, the spot looks noticeably smaller, less red, and so much easier to cover with makeup if needed. What I love most: Overnight results: I put it on before bed and wake up with clearer-looking skin Strong adhesion: it stays on all night, even if I toss and turn Non-irritating: I’ve never had redness or dryness after removing one Note - I never wear them during the day because on my skin, it's not discreet enough to wear in public (can't cover it with makeup).

Really good product overall. It is almost 100 percent effective and sucks all the gunk out of your pores. Also good at sticking into you. The only thing I always struggle with is how expensive this brand is. You can get another brand that is 70% effective for 1/3 of the price.
