We went DIY-mode instead, and purchased a battery at AutoZone & this tool, only spent about $400 total which helped take the sting out of the situation. This scanner would have been good if it did what it said. Most of special features didn't work on my 2099 s550 4matic it couldn't even tell me wat abs sensor was bad and most times it say can't understand codes . I still rate it 3 stars because it's a good scanner if u just have a regular Benz and need a scanner. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this due to the advertisement stating it can reset the Adblue engine starts remaining count...however it's the one function that provides me with a "Communion error..." as seen in the video above. All other tests, resets, and deletion of error codes works fine. Reaching out to seller and tech support. If they can't help me then I'll return the device.
