The first one I received wouldn't work with any sim card. Got a replacement that worked fine. Cheap phone broke the FIRST time it fell on the floor. Screen cracked a little and broke the entire phone. It took a couple days for it too completely shut down and not work anymore ..after one drop. And it had a good screen protector and case. This worked out really well. Replaced the same phone that was damaged - it was what I wanted, not a $1000. replacement of a different phone. I had to do all the work as far as transferring my apps and contacts, but it was worth it - cost me only @$150.

The microphone works intermittently. When it does work, it’s fine but when it does not work, I have to borrow a family member’s phone.
