If I had to rate this item a 5 star I would give it 2 stars. iPad came cracked also, you can tell where the iPad screen has been replaced or broke in past.. not able to use iPad pencil on screen due to sensitivity. Sound quality is clear,very functional, worth the value of money, and battery life is amazing ,no scratch, I had to set it up without wifi because when I used wifi it froze and o had to reset and start over ,so yeah easy to setup, and very durable

I was a little nervous at first since it was refurbished but It works perfectly! No issues at all so far. There was just a small scratch near the charging port but nothing major at all!
