Not a perfect, but still looks cool.
I bought it reinfurbished at around the price of a regular-colored Xbox Elite Controller and this is a really good controller for a hardcore console, but I bought it for my gaming PC (so it works). The only problem is that the power for it blinks off and back to on because the controller's firmware isn't updated, so I have to crawl out to the Xbox app to install the accessories app to update it. The controller shouldn't have rely on apps to update, but oh well. At least it looks cool. Should've give it a blance between Xbox green, grey, and black to give it more pop. Even the D-pad is reasonable enough for fighting games (tested on Soulcaliber VI).

Get it!
I saw this controller back when it was new, and when I was looking for replacement for my controller that my Xbox Series X came with, and recently had a bad stick drift on the right stick which would point up in the air if I didn’t move the camera. With that being said, this is a great controller. It came like new, and it doesn’t come with the box or batteries, although I really don’t care, I’m just impressed on how great it’s been working. I’ve experienced no issues, it updates as soon as you pair it to your Xbox and works great with whatever game you’re playing. I highly recommend this controller, I may just have to buy another one lol.

It's refurbished but...
Just came with only the controller in bubble wrap. Had to plug it in my Xbox to get it to find it. Then a 10 min update. And been playing for a couple hours with it now and so far no issues. The controller looks brand new. Feels really nice and sleek in my hands, compared to orginial controller. And the looks is why I wanted it. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty in case of issues.

A Great Controller w/ False Advertising A Great Controller w/ False Advertising
PROS: The controller I received looks brand new, feels, brand new, and works perfectly. It did need a firmware update though, so be sure to do that first. CONS: The description has a line that says, "Long Battery Life: The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 40 hours of gameplay on a single charge." This is incorrect. The controller I received did not come with a rechargeable battery. This needs to be removed because it's considered false advertising. I have removed a star for this discrepancy. Otherwise, it would be an easy 5-star review.

Excellent. Brand new.
I never buy used/renewed/refurbished products (unless directly from Apple). I read a few reviews on here about this one. It didn't come in the original box but this controller shows absolutely zero signs of use. I tested all functionality and everything works. The battery-cover has Phil Spencer's signature on the inside. I'm wondering if this isn't some sort of un-used batch of promo-giveaway controllers. Again, no signs of use whatsoever, perfectly functional, and a pretty cool collectible controller.

Love the feel and grip
Love this controller!! The grip on the joysticks worked like Trump's toupee. I will continue to get controllers from here because Xbox controllers are known for the "drifts" 😩
