I found this product at the grocery store, then was unable to find it since. Very excited to find it here. The protein content is amazing, the flavor is great, cooks up just like regular pasta. It held well with the alfredo sauce, smoked salmon and broccoli casserole and I enjoyed it with pesto as well. Cant go wrong here.

Don't expect these to cook like pasta but, the important part is it tastes like pasta in your dishes. I was very pleased with readings afterwards as well.

I will start off by saying, these noodles are a great replacement if you're looking fora healthy alternative to your regular noodles. I felt good feeding these to my family, knowing that they're packed with protein and fiber, and carb sensitive. There is however a little learning curve with cooking these noodles, to get the right texture. had i read up on them a little more i probably would have known that. but its best to boil water then add noodles, then reduce water to a simmer and watch them closely so they don't get overdone, otherwise they turn out really mushy. When cooked correctly, the flavor is very similar to a regular noodle. to which i am very happy about! The other thing i will note on, is that the boxes are very small, and I'm not sure how you get 4 servings out of one individual box-- we used 2 boxes for a family of 4, but there was definitely no left overs. however this is a health food so maybe portion control? overall, i did enjoy using this pasta, and i will continue to use this pasta in replacement to grain noodles.

Love this pasta so much!! Perfect solution for a plant based diet. Rare to get so much protein and fiber in one food. I appreciate the face that there are no added starches in their product as well.

I needed a GF pasta that wouldn’t spike the blood sugar (son with Type-1 Diabetes). The single-ingredient pastas all ended up with aftertastes or felt very heavy. By blending the “flours”, Chickapea has made a delicious high-protein pasta without gluten!

many pieces were broken in shipment. But that didn’t matter in the lasagna. Cooked quickly with no pre-soaking or boiling. I highly recommend as an alternative to white refined pasta.
