Then I proceed to check My brother SUV a Porsche Cayenne and it detected it right away but need additional software which the tool downloaded right away because it was connected to my wifi and I was able to scan all vehicle modules, it had this function to do it automatically, I'm really amazed of all the trouble codes I was able to find correct and clear, now the check engine light is OFF and vehicle feels different according to my brother. I do recommend it to every one that want a complete scan Tool. I will like to notice that before buying I contact the Vendor Cardiag Tech asking several questions and they responded all in n a very fast way. And Amazon Prime delivered to me in 2 days as usual, excellent service too.

The diagnostic software constantly freezes, even after trying it on two different vehicles and performing a full reset. The software still locks up, requiring a shutdown and reboot to exit. I contacted customer support, but after asking for my order number and unit details, they stopped responding. I eventually reached another Launch USA support team, who informed me that they don’t support this unit. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to return it.

the people writing about sending it to be fixed or it died in 20 min are just wrong. Amazon is so good that they will send a replacement if needed. Ive never had any issues with Amazon that way. The seller itself are amazing as well and has always been there with any questions. No the Scanner itself, this runs the same software as the other launch scanners and for the money you cant beat it. I have the Throttle as well USA version that costs 6x as more. This Diagun is awesome, if you want to use a different tablet you can use any droid but you will have to buy the V or the V+ model in order to do that. again dont always trust the 1 stars sometimes they are very inaccurate and wrote for no reason.

When I first received this diag tool, the features were lacking. They weren't any that were described in Amazon. However, it took a couple of online updates to the software to get everything I was looking for. Once I updated the software, the diag tools worked great. Although, some of the menu transitions are a bit awkward. So far, it's a great tool and I've used it to do a "Quick Relearn" on my Chrysler automatic transmission, as well as diagnose an issue with a friend's car.

The item arrived on time and packaged well. It will get access to all system, solve me a more narrow of problems. And it has a ton of special features such as DPF, EPB, Oil Reset service, SAS, BMS, ABS Bleeding, TPMS, work more than described.
