You really need to read the instructions before use because if you don't do what it says to do in the right order it won't work. I like that it has different ways to use it and it's got multiple outlets for different things it's great for camping or outdoors or even work sites. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend buying it. I keep it in my vehicle in case of emergencies. It is easy to install as you can install it either with a outlet in your vehicle or hooked up to a battery, and it is not noisy at all. It is very durable and made very well.

I work construction and not all the properties I'm on have power so being able to keep my power tools up and running is a blessing to say the least. Great price for a great product. Update: Took a while but sellers contacted me and offered a refund. Hopefully I just received a bad unit. Updated from 1 to 3 stars based on sellers response. Seemed like a good unit and a great price for a pure sine wave inverter. Unfortunately, it died within 1 week of use and none of the numbers or email addresses listed in the product documentation seem to go anywhere. Also didn't hook it up right away so I'm out of the Amazon 30 day return window. I'd find another unit for your use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It appeared to be just what I wanted. I use the inverter in my pick up to power my CPAP machine when I camp and this product look to be just what I needed.

I bought the 1000W unit to run an oxygen concentrater for my mother while I moved her from NC to MA. I used 8 gauge wire and lug, wire directly to the battery and through the firewall. In around 18 hours of operation there wasn't a single blip in the power delivery from this unit. She made it home safe and comfortable in part due to the performance of this inverter.
