A couple weeks ago we had a huge wind storm here in Seattle and my power was down just over 6 days. So, I drag my deep cycle batteries into the house and use an inverter to power the fan in my gas furnace. It gives me heat for about a day per each battery. But, the fan motor complains loudly about the modified sine wave. Pure sine wave inverters are more efficient. I also use my deep cycle batteries on my party barge to power a blender and make fancy drinks (very popular). However, I recently made a mistake and let the inverter wires touch the battery in reverse polarity. In an instant the big expensive inverter becomes a boat anchor. Pros: 1) 2,000 Watts continuous and 4,000 Watts momentarily. 2) Clean stable sine wave at 116.6 VAC - confirmed with oscilloscope. 3) 3 AC outlets, 1 24-Watt USB A port, 1 24-Watt PD USB C port. 4) More efficient than modified sine wave inverters. 5) LCD display with Input voltage, battery charge level, output voltage, output power (Watts). 6) Wired remote with display, control, and 2 more USB ports. Cons: 1) Horrible instructions. 2) Not protected from reverse polarity. 3) Plastic connection protectors force cable to be straight out the back only. Not possible to route cables to either side. 4) Large spark when connecting to battery and after disconnecting cables from battery and then letting the cables touch (not connected to battery). Note: Don't make the mistake I did. If the cable lugs don't fit your 5/16" battery studs, turn the cables around. The other end fits. Note: The manufacturer responded to my question about reverse polarity protection in 1 day.

I haven't maxed this thing out, but I have used it a ton around 800-1600w. It ran a 1500w heater for hours off of several batteries and never had any issues. The fan in the heater was louder than the fan in this. I had this running in a big tent type thing that I set up so we could fix a wall that fell over on the farm that was nowhere near any actual heated buildings. It was cold, I don't like being cold, and having a little building set up with heat to warm up in was nice. This never failed me. One thing other reviewers have mentioned is the lack of reverse polarity protection in this. I want to make sure you understand what that means. If you hook this up backwards, you will kill it. I don't mean it won't like it, I mean it will be toast, instantly. You will likely get the smoke of doom. Don't do that. High end inverters have reverse polarity protection. Well, at least that used to be the case. I just searched Amazon and there are inverters in this price range with RPP. I guess I could add a diode to make my own reverse polarity protection. That, or I'll forget about it until someone hooks it up backwards and "fixes" the problem. I'm not a fan of the plastic protectors. It's not just that they are plastic (which I don't like), it's that they can mess with your cable management. The screen is nice. I am definitely used to inverters that have two LEDs and not much else. With this, I'll know how close I'm getting to maxing it out. It also showed me the start up current for my heater. That thing can hit over 2000w for a fraction of a second when it turns on. This handled that, no problem. It settled back down to around 1500w running.

Update 14/05/25: I finally got this hooked up to my camper. Everything worked fine for about 3 hours, then the ac shut down with an E-5 error message. I reset the inverter and it ran fine for about 12 hours, then the E-5 error again. I can’t find the manual and have no way of contacting the manufacturer. I wrote Amazon customer service and have had no response. I like this inverter. It is well made and compact, perfect for fitting into my 20 ft camper as an upgrade to my longer 1500 watt inverter. I tested it in my garage by hooking it up to two lifepo4 12 volt, 100 a-h batteries connected in parallel and the screen lit up nice and bright and registered the same voltage as a battery monitor connected to the batteries. I am really pleased with this inverter upon this first test. I will update later if I have to reduce my initial rating.

Every year I participate in a Christmas parade and have always struggled with having enough power to run all the lights and accessories I use. This year I got this inverter and those struggles became a problem of the past. This inverter worked perfectly and powered about a dozen light strips along with a handful on inflatables and never faltered. Having the battery level and voltage readout on the display is a really nice feature that makes it easy to keep track of how much power you are using. This is also set up nicely with the remote control if you're using it on something like solar panels or a battery that is hardwired to recharge so you can leave the main unit in one location and still get your full information readout and controls.

I'm very happy with this inverter. It's 2,000 w pure sine wave. It's made very heavy duty very heavy. I really like it. I also like how they use cat cable for the remote and information. This feels like something that'll last a long time. This company put out a great product and I'm very happy to have it if you're looking for a really strong inverter. This is the one you want to look at. I really like it. I'm going to run this in my motorhome
