This is my first e-bike, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have been very impressed. Assembly was extremely easy and took me less than 30 minutes. Even if it’s your first time putting an e-bike together, this one is very straightforward. The build quality feels solid and robust, and the overall design looks really cool. The bike arrived well-packaged with no damage, and shipping was quick. I especially like the two-tone color scheme. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The dual suspension does a great job absorbing bumps, and the seat is surprisingly comfortable even on longer rides. The headlight is very bright, the horn is loud, and the display is easy to read in daylight. The NFC key card unlock feature is a nice touch and adds extra security. My bike arrived with the rear wheel slightly rubbing the chain, but after a minor adjustment and alignment, everything worked perfectly. I was able to reach speeds of around 30 MPH, and the bike feels stable and confident at speed. Overall, this has been a great first e-bike experience. Great comfy bike. For me it does not go 32 mph but I am very heavy man 263 Lbs. Quality is great. Value for money is great no better price around now. Speed is ok. Durability to soon to say as I have not own bike for very long

I would not recommend this bike. We purchased it in late May, and by June the rear tire had already failed. The tread also showed excessive wear after very little use, which was concerning for a bike ridden by a child. The warranty manual states there is a one-year warranty and instructs customers to email the company for replacement parts. I followed those instructions and also contacted the seller through Amazon, requesting replacement tires and tubes. After several days, I was only told that replacement tubes had been shipped. Those tubes still haven't arrived, and they don't address the actual problem—a broken tire with worn tread. Because our son wanted to enjoy the short Vermont summer, we spent an additional $50 of our own money to purchase replacement tires and tubes with expedited shipping. Unfortunately, even after replacing the parts ourselves, the bike still isn't rideable. The rear tire doesn't fit properly in the frame, the brakes won't reconnect correctly, and the chain won't stay on. The product quality has been very disappointing, and the warranty support has been equally frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue, we were sent parts that didn't address the problem. Not a seven-speed as advertised and doesn't have hydraulic brakes as advertised. My front tire also bounces a lot as I ride, like it's off balance.
