The media could not be loaded. We used these at our job, super durable. We have no issues using it in a sky rise, perfect for long range. There are plenty of channels to choose from. You can clearly hear the other walkie talkies.

Get what you pay for. Sturdy, loud, decent battery life. You have to speak directly into the microphone though. Some Retevis can be programmed and some can't so check first.
