I was excited to get this because I have long heard the benefits of rebounding, and getting back into shape has become a goal recently. I didn't realize at first that it uses bungees, not metal springs, and wondered how that was going to work, especially how durable they would be. Tip: Read the instructions before you put this together. Not because it's hard to put together, but they have some suggestions that will make it a lot easier, and you won't have to undo 3/4 of the bungees to do it right... The tip I started to say is that you lie the trampoline upside down flat on the floor before you put on the rest of the bungees. That way you can position them so they don't cross over a hinge. I don't know about the 550 pound limit, but we've had almost 400 on it and it was fine. The handle bar is a nice touch as well. It has a little give in it, which concerned me at first - I kept imagining it bending or breaking - but it's actually really sturdy and good for helping balance; the little wiggle has been fine so far. The bungees are quieter than metal springs, which is nice, and the tool made them much easier to put on than I expected. I also appreciate the pad that goes around the edge and covers the bungees. It comes with a couple extra bungees, which is nice to have spares just in case. The kids love it as well; it's fun and good for both low impact and high intensity exercises. And it makes it easy for me to get up every hour or so and get a few minutes of movement in, which I've been needing to do for a long time. It has just enough bounce to it. I can effortlessly increase my heart rate which is exactly what I wanted. The instructions were a bit lacking, but it is simple enough to figure out on your own. I like that it came with spare parts.

Bad 1. Safety pins don't line up to the holes. I had to reshape the holes for the fitting. 2. Vertical handle bar pole has holes to adjust the height but it is difficult to find the hole to lock it in place. Not a good design. 3. Horizontal handle bar definitely has preferred orientation for fitting with the vertical bars which was not mentioned. Good 1. Once set up is complete, it works well. 2. Abundant elastic cords provide smooth jumping motion 3. Handle bar definitely helps 4. Not too heavy

This is a nice trampoline. This works well and is a good size, but it is a little hard to assemble. I like the quality of it, sturdiness, and feel it will last a while. I like the height and will work inside or outside. Overall, the height, quality and size are great.I recommend this.
