This purchase was one of the best ever. Got the larger size. Low price. Fits my oven easily. My homemade pizzas come out evenly cooked with a nice crispy crust. Pizza slides right off with no sticking whatsoever. I slide the pizza onto another older pizza pan, so that I don’t damage the non stick coating and surface of the new pan when cutting into slices.. Clean up is easy with a soft cloth and dish soap. Should last a long time if you don’t use abrasives or dishwasher to clean. Enjoy! ... show more

Honestly, not bad for a simple flat pan. It cooks the crust very well, For example if I make a 16 inch pizza filling the entire pan regular thickness after 11-13 minutes @500F the crust and bottom is crunchy and the pizza is doughy, fluffy, and soft. Put some flour between the pan and the dough so it doesn't stick, compared to oil. It took some experimentation though I've burned a few. It's a lot easier to manage than something like stone, especially living in an apartment. Easy to clean, I've been using it for 2 years it hasn't rusted yet. ... show more
