Taste good, work well. Only issue is they're extremely chewy, like it takes a full minute for me to get through two gummies. Also, if they're stored in a place where the temperature gets warm, like a room without AC, they stick together and you have to dig them out.

I take two servings (4 gummies = 10g fiber) every morning so this bottle lasts me about 3 weeks. If you take it as it instructs, it could easily be a 6-7 week supply. Taking it in the morning will help you feel full all day which helps me reach my goal of a low calorie diet. Other fiber vitamins didn't work for me and I almost gave up on them, then I found these!
