Taste good, work well. Only issue is they're extremely chewy, like it takes a full minute for me to get through two gummies. Also, if they're stored in a place where the temperature gets warm, like a room without AC, they stick together and you have to dig them out.

Taking it in the morning will help you feel full all day which helps me reach my goal of a low calorie diet. Other fiber vitamins didn't work for me and I almost gave up on them, then I found these!
