These fiber gummies are delicious. It’s too bad that the serving size is only two gummies a day. I could definitely eat more of them. They taste like gummy candy. I started taking these during pregnancy, and I did not notice an issue with constipation so I think they worked well.

I bought these to add more fiber to my diet in hopes of reducing my cholesterol a bit. They were my first choice since I am on the keto diet, which limits my carb intake. They also provide a nice amount of fiber in each serving. These taste pretty good; however they are a bit tough and I find that they take a lot of chewing. They're easy to swallow once I get through the chewing marathon, and I've had no issues since starting on them about five days ago.
