We live in northern IL. Ordered battery operated because we're tired of dealing with our gas powered snow blower. Received earlier than promised. Packed well in carton. All parts present. Received two chargers and two batteries. Easy to assemble. Charged batteries while assembling. First use was on 2-3” of heavy 'snowman' (not powdery) snow. Decided to do half cuts or passes, based on reviews, because of the weight of the snow. Worked like a charm. Directional chute easy to maneuver. Handled an entire driveway for a 2-car garage. Overhead door to street is 35 feet. Also cleared walkway from front stoop to driveway and cleared sidewalk near the parkway. Also cleared near the street where the village pushed up plowed snow from the road. Had to take extra care there, but it cleared the snow well. Battery still had a quarter of the charge remaining. Instructions recommend removing batteries and keeping indoors at room temp, (rather than leaving in the unit in the cold garage). We’re also going to recharge indoors.

Only used once, but enough to say what a blessing to have! The blower is easy to change positions and tosses snow far from clearing path. The machine itself is extremely light and easy to maneuver. My one issue was with the wet snow, it collects in the snow chute. Just carry a garden trowel to clear it out when you see it collecting. As far as battery life, I can say for its inaugural use, it cleared my entire (long!) driveway and sidewalk. I highly recommend it! Seriously!

the unit work great but the delevery from fed ex was terrible witch is why i gave this a 3 star when oreded it said it would be here on the 3rd and it went from texas to calfornia then back to iowa really bad shipping on another note it was easy to assemble and i charge the batteries witch it said had one charge for both but there were 2 in the kit witch was great i then used it on some hard snow that had set for a few days and it worked great i would recommend this unit to everyone who is looking for a great snow blower i have also used it on a new snow with great results great value for the money

If I could rate this 0, I would. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. It broke within a month, and I called for assistance. There was no human customer service and I was forced to leave a voicemail. I did mot get a call back. I called again, left a message and received an email. This person could not assist me and told me someone else would email me. By this time, my return window was closing. I had to return it and cover the shipping. The shipping was over 90 dollars. I wasted time, effort, and 90 dollars on this junk. Don't make my mistake!

Great tool for the price. One charge easily cleared my drive way (2 car garage), walk way, curb to door path for deliveries (right over grass without issue), front side walk, and a backyard loop around the patio for the dogs after about 5" of snow. Not sure I'd try to use it in more than 5 or 6" but it worked great.

I was skeptical. Always used gas. But really did not want the hassle. So I took a chance and I live in Michigan. I think that this machine is not given much. Meaning I can go through 12 inches of soft snow very easily. If it is more I just skim the top and the n go back over it. I found out that you do not run this like a gas machine that is always running. Once I make a path I shut it down and then start it when I start another path. The batteries last longer. I ran this over 2 hours and the batteries stood tall.

I love this green machine. I am a little old lady and have previously been shoveling snow. I have a bad back and could not bear the thought of having to do it again this year. I live in northern USA so normally get plenty of snow. I have used it twice now and it is definitely a lifesaver. It is very light and easy to use. Today it snowed about six inches I used it for a large deck, a walkway, a driveway and I clear a potty path for my dogs. This took me about 30 minutes. It is a lot faster than shoveling. The batteries still had plenty of power left. I no longer dread snow removal. Love it!
