I ordered a King size, so it was a bit difficult for me on my own to arrange it on the bed after opening, but I was able to get it to work. I only let it rise for about an hour or so - it expanded very quickly. I have an older dog that is prone to accidents, so I purchased a waterproof sheet that goes over this and my mattress to protect it - and that has worked very well so far. It has a lot of cushion and I end up sinking into the bed. It does add quite a bit of height. I have Boll & Branch sheets which are very deep, and this along with my mattress made it so that it was a tight fit. It works though and I love it, as do my dogs! ... show more

So far so good. When I got it I thought I might have to return it because the memory foam insert was about three inches wider then it should be. But it has not been an issue once I placed it into the topper and put the pad on the bed. The topper is made like a fitted sheet with ample room to fit the memory foam insert and my 10 inch mattress easily. So it keeps everything in place. I have had no issues at all. Very comfortable. Was great for my back I have had 3 back surgeries and waiting on a 4th this really made a difference in my morning back pain. Only issue is even thoughbits a king in hangs over the side by about 6 inches but that's minor in comparison. Would highly recommend it
