This is our new favorite place at home. We have it inside the house currently and it was super easy to put together. Has a video installation as well. I wish the instructions were a little clearer, there are a few pieces I have no idea what to do with or its purpose. Love the LED lights. Super cool and unique. The highest temperature we have seen it get is 105. But as soon as you turn the bubbles on the temperature decreases. Wish it would hold the heat. It does heat up quickly. It does fit 2 people but not comfortably. Me and my husband uses it together and we are very close. We will invest in a pump to remove the water because it is inside, this will be very convenient. Amazon has them for less than $30. It also comes with a mat. We didn’t realize it came with one when we ordered. We bought another one for less than $80 on Amazon and so glad we did. It is a lot thicker than the one it came with and this is very important because that is basically what you will be sitting on. So it is comfortable. Packaging says to change the filter weekly. This is a MUST. We found out by noticing a smell and when we removed the filters they smelled like very bad fish. And we had only been using it for 2 weeks. As soon as we changed the filters, the smell instantly went away with in 20 minutes of filtering the water. We do have our covered when not using, not sure if this affects it. I will say it is a big responsibility. You have to check the chemical levels daily and adjust as needed. It’s like taking care of a plant or pet lol. But well worth it. We’ve had it for 3 weeks now. I will update my review later to see how it holds up, quality and life span. Delivery was quicker than expected. Arrived two days before Christmas, so it was an awesome surprise.

I was wishing there was an individual hot tub sized similar to a cold plunge due to the space I have. I was pleased to find this. All the electronics are built into it and I love that (I used to have a Saluspa with the separate unit). The only slight negative I’ve found is that the side of it opposite the electronics is going out more than it should and sagging down as a result. The electronics side has hard plastic and that keeps its shape and I don’t think the other side is capable of doing that without some similar hard plastic in it. But, that’s not a dealbreaker for me. I was also impressed with it coming with multiple covers (one inflatable, one that buckles in place, and one that goes over and around the whole thing.) I’ve been in it every day since I got it and I plan to keep that going.

So far we are really happy with this purchase. Mostly easy to set up. I don't care for the cover though as it is flimsy compared to our last tub which had an inflatable cover insert.

I've had for a couple of months, & I love it. Easy set up, empty & refill. I bought a little pump, emptied in about 15 min, filled in about 20 min. GREAT DEAL, GOOD JETS. Oh, & holds heat, jets take a break, then restarts about 10-15 min. I'd buy again.

I’ve had two of these (2 person inflatable) hot tubs from two separate manufacturers (the only other 2 person inflatable hot tub sold here…) and this one is MUCH better quality for very little cost difference. Heating is much faster. Quality of materials appears significantly higher and this one even comes with a foam pad for under the tub so your not sitting on a super hard surface. So to compare this (with the only other one that Amazon sells…) there is no comparison. This one has a beat hands-down.

Quit working after about 2 months. Sent back and bought another. After a couple months started leaking at seams repaired and another leak appeared. Will not be buying again.

Worked great for about 2 months and then flashed SH. Customer service was pretty helpful and sent out a replacement pump heater unit. The arriving pump/heater looked similar, but was enough different that it was difficult to install. Have not yet finished installation of the replacement unit but will update when finished - or I quit. :-( Working for 2 months is not long enough to justify the price.
