Yes, hey keep the AirPods in your ears, but not really comfortable for long time wearing. Got the AirPods Pro 2 for the Hearing Aid application instead of the $8,200.00 bill for actual hearing aids! AirPods work surprisingly well, except they Fall out quite frequently. Son told me about the Hooks. Yes, they work! Just not very comfortable for long periods of time. With my glasses, the stem of the hooks push into skin and back of ear and makes my glasses sit wrong. The front part that attaches could be longer and shorten the back. Make the stem part thinner? I purchased these because they were listed to work with Airpods 4th generation! I purchased extra because I gave Airpods 4 to family members. DO NOT BUY! They may be suitable for another generation but not Airpods 4 !

Pros: They do a great job keep my earbuds from falling out of my ears. Cons: I was expecting something softer, similar to the ear hooks that are attached to earbuds. These are basically hard plastic. They are also too small for my large ears. I can't wear them for more than 30 minutes.
