I highly recommend this product. I was a little skeptical, because you get 2 for less than the price of 1. But it is so soft that it would be comfortable to sleep directly on (not that we do that) this set is deep enough that it nicely covers an 18" deep pillow top queen matress. I use it over top of a zippered matress protector because I wanted that extra peace of mind knowing that mattress is protected from a full bladder of urine in the middle of the night. Well, it finally happened and I am so pleased to say this cover does it's job very well, nothing leaked through at all onto the next cover. And it was SO NICE to have the 2nd one to just put right on the bed and put fresh sheets over it and not have to deal with it until morning. Our old (ten year guaranteed mattress cover lasted 10 years) but the lining started to deteriorate and we were getting the compound dust on the mattress so we tried these. They do not smell, the fit well on an eight inch thick mattress and I don't sweat too much at night with them on the bed. So for the price they are OK not as good as the ten year but not as expensive as them either. So far so good. Shipping was Amazon fast and the price was fair. So I am satisfied. ... show more

I always buy mattress protectors for every bed in the house. I like the feel of these. They’re soft, noiseless and they move with the mattress (which is important when you own a purple mattress). They have also protected the mattress against wet quite well.
