The only issue I have with the food dispenser is the food doesn't always drop down so I constantly have to shake it or use my hand to scoop it down into the dish portion. So far, it has lasted 19 days without having to be refilled!!!! I bought these units in October of 2023. I would clean the water cap regularly. Around January I noticed that the rubber seal was getting molded. I would soak the cap in bleach. This worked for one or two rounds but, April 2024, there was just no removing the mold and I did not want my dogs to get sick.
