I have bought the shower bars before in other sizes to install in the actual shower area, and bought these specific bars that are the 24 inch size 4 in the toilet room, but these did not come with the correct screws and anchors to actually attach them to the wall. Very disappointing! I did not open the box and realize this until after I already paid the Handyman to come this day and have to pay him now to come another day again! Very disappointing! as for the product of them self, I do like these bars. The metal is clean and easy to keep clean and the scoring is awesome for traction, especially in wet areas. once installed with the correct parts, including the anchors to the wall, etc., the bars are very sturdy and make you feel very secure! I would give the gran bars themself a 5stars. As for the item purchased for such a high price (at end aug 2023, a pair of 24” bars cost $55!) to have just the bard without sufficient screws and anchors is terrible! as a handicap lady since I need to pay for the handyman to come, and I have to pay for him to return a second time, it makes this even more expensive and kind of ridiculous. I would recommend the bars and then cross your fingers and hope that you get a complete set! Specifically for this item, I like them better than the smooth bars, (too easy to slip in shower while holding) and I definitely like them better than those off-white sort of plastic bars! (They yellow overtime, and just look super dreary and unclean! SUMMARY: For someone who needs the help of grab bars, this extra security really brings you relief!— Even being a little more expensive than some of the other choices, It is worth it for the security and peace of mind the sturdy support these grab bars offer.

Grab bars are a good product for the price. mounting flanges are not as sturdy as I’d like and have to be bolted on ( I would have preferred they were welded on) also I purchased longer mounting screws since the supplied screws were probably long enough if using the hollow wall anchors but I had solid backing and they were not long enough for that.

Is the product, sturdy and strong yes. Did the wall inserts work for screws, no. I had to use my own wall, anchors, and screws, which were stronger. Remember this has to support body weight, so it needs to be very sturdy. The only downside is later, I found out that the metal edging (in the middle) is not completely protected by stainless steel and starts leaching metal which drips down the side of your wall, while leaving marks. And marks on your hands.

I have bad hips along with spinal issues which makes getting in and out of a bathtub a true struggle. I just moved into a new apartment and asked for a reasonable accommodation to have grab bars installed. They said if I purchased them, they would install them. It only took maintenance a few minutes to install and these bars are really sturdy. I highly tecommend them!
